Useless application
App only requires about 3 verification processes and the first process is to find your account , and which I already did . On my dashboard section it says my account is fully verified , but when I try to make any transactions they tell me my account is disabled and I need to complete my verification . What else is there to verify when I’ve done all 3 required verification . As for me this app is just a way to lose money because I can’t get my money back

Very Terrible Experience
This app requires verification which once u dont have necessary document, your account with deposit money in it will be disabled. I already submitted my passport, they received but then they asked me to submit latest bill which in this case I just moved and am isolated due to pandemic. They have geolocation but doesnt work! :) I need the money. You are so mean if in the midst of this pandemic you still retain my money!!!

Cannot log in
Despite providing the correct credentials, I get an unknown error when I try to log in. The solution from customer service was to not use the app but instead go to the website. I was told that the problem would be fixed as soon as possible. Months later the problem remains unfixed. A totally useless app.
