As I’ve noticed in other reviews, it worked fine the first time but every time subsequent it hasn’t. It says “declined” every time but if you use the full website it goes through just fine. It would be really great if PayGOV actually worked so I didn’t have to put in all of my information on the full site every time. Most worthless app ever! Obviously PayGOV creators don’t care because they’ve done nothing to fix it even though it has more 1 star reviews than anything.

I also keep getting declined but works fine on the website. Please fix this I like seeing my payment history

Barely works on website or app, then charges a convenience fee just to use it.

Worthless app says declined every time why don’t you ppl fix it?

App does not display all the required fields as the website, thus payments are unable to be processed.

App worked fine the first time I used it. I tried to use it again and it declines my payment every time.

PayGOV should include bill amount an date an so forth so people aren’t running blindsided

Every time I enter my password it says it wrong and make me reset it. When I reset it it still say it’s wrong. I have never been able to get into PayGOV.👎🏾

Every time I try to make a payment it says declined because it’s not adding the service fee.

Tried to pay for city of Princeton water. Kept giving me declined payment error. Did it on google chrome just fine.

Trying to pay Middlesex County as there is an option to select Middlesex County but a error comes up with no way to get around it, so if you are trying to Pay Middlesex County just go to the website instead of this worthless app!

App kept telling me that the passwords don't match! Tried several times. Deleted app on phone. I think I'll stick with the online page.

When I open the app a pop up welcome screen displays with a n important message. The entire message does not display and I can’t exit. PayGOV is non-functional.

Can’t do anything cuz I don’t know what plc is and it doesn’t tell you. Horrible app. Wasn’t able to use at all to pay water bill. They need a new app. Will not be using .

There is no text box to enter the purpose of the payment and it won’t let you move on until you select the purpose. PayGOV is useless.

Apple please delete PayGOV from PayGOV Store since it doesn’t work! Downloaded it and gave all my information just for it to keep declining and saying it couldn’t process my card!

This ap doesn't navigate well. I had to go to my computer and use the full site. I've never had a problem with the full site. On PayGOV I couldn't get the credit card address to take. It all goes in one field and you have to guess how they want it.

App hasn't been updated in 50 years.

Worked fine the first time. I already knew my municipalities PLC #. I recommend adding a feature to search municipalities PLC #. Payment processed immediately and securely from my bank account.

What a convenient app. It works perfectly.
