Doesn’t work

As I’ve noticed in other reviews, it worked fine the first time but every time subsequent it hasn’t. It says “declined” every time but if you use the full website it goes through just fine. It would be really great if this app actually worked so I didn’t have to put in all of my information on the full site every time. Most worthless app ever! Obviously the app creators don’t care because they’ve done nothing to fix it even though it has more 1 star reviews than anything.

Trying to pay Middlesex County as there is an option to select Middlesex County but a error comes up with no way to get around it, so if you are trying to Pay Middlesex County just go to the website instead of this worthless app!

This ap doesn't navigate well. I had to go to my computer and use the full site. I've never had a problem with the full site. On this app I couldn't get the credit card address to take. It all goes in one field and you have to guess how they want it.
