Spent over 7 hrs waiting to get a tow truck because ari wanted to get a service company out to look at my faulty brake lights. First company they called didn’t show after 3 hrs. The next took 2 hrs to come out and couldn’t fix it and finally they called the tow company I had originally asked them to. After telling them I needed a ride home the company they actually called didn’t even give me a ride to my house like it was supposed to. I ended up having to call an Uber to get me home. Idk why my company stays with these fools. Next time I’m just going to risk getting rear ended and fired from my job cause it would be less of a hassle than having to deal with this poor fleet management company.

Given how everyone says that the iPhone apps are supposedly better that competitors I am finding this to be a farce. HolmanInsights constantly has issues. I'm trying to find a preventative maintenance vendor and it won't find any based on location. Meanwhile 10 mins ago it worked fine. A quick phone restart and still nothing. Multiple coworkers have also complained of similar experiences with HolmanInsights. When you need to get work done a working app is the first step...and this one does a poor job of being reliable enough to work.

I use ARI app for work in a fleet vehicle. We just switched from WHEELS. The WHEELS app was much better than the ARI app.

The mileage section only shows the last 10 entries. It would be much better if it showed the entire month.

The ARI forces you to use an email address for maintenance and services. It is not convenient if the employees at the maintenance location do not know how to use HolmanInsights or have not seen it before. HolmanInsights itself is not user-friendly. I have used much better wraps in the past by different companies. I do not like this one.

I have an iPhone 12. And this is the slowest app I have. I can’t get it open half the time, the other half I watch the circle go around and around until I give up. Thanks JnJ for switching to this amazing software...

To Whom This May Concern;

I have a gmail account, yet was unable to upload the ARI Driver app on my laptop, which I was advised to do, especially the first time using ARI, hence the first time my miles are reported. I prefer submitting my monthly mileage using an iPhone, however, as I mentioned before, I was advised to first proceed through the steps using my laptop. Either way, I hope someone will advise me.

Very hard to get a hold of by phone. Lots of errors on app long wait times and then you get transferred to the next person long wait times trying to get help

Lots of great new features but my favorite is still the personal use reporting feature because it’s so easy and saves me time.

But yet app that we can do without having to use a computer which we do not have anymore to do our work

A very simple and efficient Mileage reporting system. Saves me a ton of my important time during the day. Thanks

App is extremely buggy. Has only been able to display nearby gas stations for me permitted for fuel card usage on one occasion. All other times it glitches and says error. Every tab opens extremely slow and for a business centered app this is just unacceptable.

Thank you for the ease of entering a mileage report for work via my phone!

Easy to use

Could not connect with my laptop - tried MANY times. Finally tried HolmanInsights on my phone. This wouldn’t work either.

FINALLY, connection was made with HolmanInsights .

HolmanInsights is junk. So sorry my company signed up with this company. I am having to constantly delete and re- install HolmanInsights because I cannot get signed in, it tells me my biometric information is invalid. DO NOT use biometrics with HolmanInsights.

Cannot get past the terms of service screen. I keep pressing accept and HolmanInsights glitches. This is just one of multiple issues I have encountered with HolmanInsights and the web service.

Easy to enter mileage

since the most recent update, the only part of HolmanInsights that works are the alerts. The dashboard the home screen all other tabs do not work

I can’t get into my account because it won’t let me accept the new terms and conditions. HolmanInsights worked perfectly fine before most recent update.

The ARI is an excellent app for drivers very easy to use

Just leave it alone. I waste more time with this now.

For some reason e-ticket tab will not open. It just spins trying to load
Could it be that a coupon has to be sent in order to see coupon for upcoming service visit?

After the most recent update my ARI driver app stopped working. It tells me that my information is no longer valid. In this is after entering my information several times. I’m still able to use my information on the website

After update, click forgot client ID and only get an error. “Oops! Unable to submit data. Please check your connection.” Every connection possible, same error message Company VPN on or off, on WiFi or on cellular data, always same.

The recent 4.0.0 update instantly crashes on iPhone 8 when loading HolmanInsights . Completely unusable now. Tried resetting phone and removing app in background, nothing works. Please fix.

Since updating the darn thing just doesn't load. I Can log in sometimes and I'll select things like dashboard and it just spins forever. It's become useless for me. I used HolmanInsights on a regular basis but currently I can’t do anything with it.

This WAS a great app that was easy to use until the last update. Now it has lost my last eat car and shows the one I replaced about 10 months ago!

I chose to accept the terms and conditions but it doesn’t respond. Tried reinstalling and had the same result

Completely useless since the update. Nothing but “oops. An error has occurred.”

You keep saying ‘oops invalid login’. My login works fine online but not in this crap app. What a waste of time.
