I’ve had Karma for over a year and I’ve done nothing but worship and praise it to everyone I know. I use Karma daily to categorize all shopping lists and for save-later items. Over the past month, I’ve had this issue consistently where the photo thumb on the left side, displaying the item you have saved, is glitched and it’s a photo for an item you may have saved, thumbed throughout 20 or so other photos. I thought the first 10 times that maybe If I let Karma load, redownload it or even checking for app updates being the reason, but it’s been a consistent issue unallowing you to see the photos for the items you have saved due to this glitch. Please fix it. I’d really hate to delete Karma and resort to the old ways of saving stuff to my notes but I cannot even use Karma anymore due to this glitch, so what’s the point of keeping it. Like I said, I have been very diligent in using Karma and sharing it with everyone, but this is extremely disappointing considering it’s suppose to be a reliable app. Also, sometimes when you click the product for redirection to the exact posting, it just says error occurred and doesn’t load so you cannot even try to purchase whatever you have saved through Karma , which in my opinion is the whole reason for saving the product.

Why is it so difficult to reset the password? It's not user-friendly at all. I clicked Forgot Password, it sends the email to Reset Password, and then when I click Reset Password, it redirects me back to the log-in screen on Karma . And when I was using it before when it was Shoptagr, I kept getting the same redundant email with no price changes (as far as discounts go). It just reminds me that I have a product I have saved which I don't need a daily email to remind me of that. So when I heard they changed their name, I thought I should log in to see if Karma has changed and I can't even log in. I'm just going to delete it now, seems pointless and I rather shop for my own deals to save me the hassle.

Okay, I’ve been reading many different reviews and I don’t know if this is just me but nobody was talking about this and I need help. Everytime I try to save something a message pops up amd says “oops this store is not yet supported” when it is! I’ve tried so many different places but today made me the most irritated. I was shopping on AliExpress and I wanted to save a skirt but the message popped up again and I was tired of seeing it so I checked Karma and it was there!! When I clicked on it it redirected me toward Karma so I was confused because this also happened with Antisocialsocialclub. Lately I’ve just been saving from dolls kill but I want to sace other things as well from different places. Please help or fix!! I love the concept of Karma but if its being this inconvenient then I might just have to delete it because this issue really bugs me.

Lately items have not been saving at all, and when I do try to save an item, it freezes my safari screen so I have to exit safari and reload it. Or, it will say something saved and I can even choose the specific list but when I go onto the Shoptagr app to see if the item I just saved actually did, most of the time it didn’t save. I noticed this started happening after the new iOS update so please fix this!!! Overall, Karma is in dire need of an upgrade/update. It’s weird because when I email the shoptagr team they respond pretty quickly, but no real changes to Karma are made??? However they’re constantly sending out emails and little pop ups on Karma , so they’re clearly active—I just wish they spent more time actually working on Karma ://

I love the concept behind Karma and I’d love to use it more. However, I have some issues with it that make it useless for me right now. 1. I can’t add new items to my list from the websites without doing so several times. It just doesn’t save on the 1st or even 2nd try. 2. Karma doesn’t alert me when an item is sold out or when it’s back in stock. 3. The sales alerts are for random sales I don’t care about. I only want to know when my saved item goes on sale. Hence why I have Karma in the first place. To do less shopping of things I don’t need and focus on the list of things i want. If these issues aren’t fixed I’ll just delete. Hope someone reads this and addresses them.

Whenever I save an item using the browser on one of my mobile devices (iPad or iPhone), the browser freezes and I have “force” it to close and then tap Safari to reopen the browser. When I try to add an item, sometimes it doesn’t add. When it does add, it adds two copies of the item. A lot of online stores are not yet supported. A lot of the pens that are supported are only partially supported, so that when you save an item from that shop it doesn’t save it in the color you have selected even if it’s showing on the screen, and sometimes there aren’t options for the other colors in Karma itself. It also has added random things to my list of items that I never even browsed for. I’ve only had Karma two days so I can’t say whether it works to notify me of sales. But I can say there are MAJOR programming flaws in Karma. It’s a great idea but the execution is not up to snuff.

I've been able to turn off notifications for things I had explicitly turned off in Karma only by contacting the developer which is inexcusable. Butttt just now I got a notification about MY SIZE of this shirt I desperately wanted coming back into stock, my size only, last one, and I bought the hell out of it. This is exactly what I wanted Karma for.

Non stop, daily notifications about sales happening at stores I’ve never heard of and don’t care about. I have turned off all the retailer notifications but it won’t stop. If you appreciate not being spammed this isn’t for you. All these reviews are fake.

I really love the idea of Karma BUT it keeps saving things I never asked it too. Like, I’ll save a shoe with a specific colorway but when I look through Karma I either won’t see the shoe at all or I’ll see the shoe what saved was a colorway I didn’t ask to save.
And even after deleting it from Karma and saving it again, it does the same thing. Even changing the colorway back to what I wanted in Karma doesn’t help. It still ends up saving the colorway I didn’t want & the photo matches the colorway I didn’t want rather than the one I did want.
Another issue is that is sometimes causes my screen to freeze after saving a few stuff so I have to close my window and reopen it to unfreeze. But of course, after a bit more saving it freezes again. I’ve also noticed Karma ’s Been savings things I never asked it to. (When are you guys fixing this problem cause I’ve a few other reviews talking about the same thing and they posted their review months ago???)
I’ve only been using it for a couple days btw.

Even though Karma isn’t perfect, it’s better than anything else that I’ve found. One of my main complaints is that when you save an item, it doesn’t always save the photo of that EXACT item. For example, you save a beautiful pair of nude suede heels but when you look in your app, it has saved an image of hot pink patent heels - and there is no way to edit it. So I have actually later deleted items that I don’t like because I have forgotten that it is offered in the color that I need/want. It also doesn’t always save the correct price/currency. And I have actually noticed super random items on my account that I DEFINITELY did not save.

Karma is fine if you are using it strictly for that list of common stores you see over and over. It is like the internet version of shopping at ANY MALL in the USA. But if you need to break out of that, say Home Depot or stores not so department store boutique like, you will find yourself frustrated And forget anything that isn’t typical piffle shopping, such as clothing, personal feel good products, and the like.

Supposedly there is a way to add stores but it seldom works at all even if the function is offered. And it doesn’t even seem to be a function that is universal to different browsers. That lack of continuity is problematic for myself.

Sadly, after a few weeks of using it I may have to pass.

I got Karma because I saw an ad saying it will notify when out of stock items return in stock.

However, on the drop down menu of notifications. I only see “any price change, 25% off, or 50% off.”

Maybe this is not a feature on mobile and only works on desktop.

Also I wish I could pick specific size of clothing. I was waiting for a specific shirt and there was no way for me to select which size I wanted to be notified for since different sizes have different prices and different stocks.

Also I couldn’t use this on mobile Safari. I followed the instructions but when I go to “share” and “more,” the this app app isn’t listed as an option to add. But this is easily surpassed by just going to the website inside of the this app app, rather than through Safari.

Overall, not a bad app. Just not what it advertised it could do. I understand some mobile apps have less features than the desktop versions but I downloaded Karma solely for the feature advertised that was not available on mobile.

I just downloaded this app a couple of days ago. Fashion is my passion, so I’m an avid shopper but I also have a strict budget so I am a deal hunter! I’ve previously never found a fashion app that I truly loved, and so I’ve used Pinterest to save photos and always have browser windows open from least 7-10 retailers at any given time that I am currently stalking for sales on certain items. this app truly simplifies all of that. As someone who works in software development I tend to be pretty picky with apps, but honestly I’m loving it. Two suggestions for improvement, when saving a photo for a product either Karma should use the current photo when the user decides to save the product, or it should allow the user to pick from all available photos. If I am trying to save a pair of pretty teal sandals and you save the photo of the beige pair, that just doesn’t do it for me. The second item is for my saved retailers it would be awesome if you showed a listing of current site wide sales. I used to use an app called Shopular years ago that did that and it was fantastic, unfortunately that app was bought and the buyers did not take over that functionality. The people who are going to truly love and use your app are deal hunters and that’s a large piece of the equation. Looking forward to using Karma more and all the time it is going to save me stalking sales!

A few suggestions:
1) please make it easier to sort by”untagged” items so that it’s easier to add them to specific lists.
2) the sorting feature is pretty buggy—I love that you can sort by favorites, but I’d like it more if you didn’t repeatedly see the same items when you scroll down.
3) when adding an item to a list, you should be able to start typing and get existing list suggestions, instead of having to scroll down and find the one you want every single time.
4) please consider making it possible to create “collections” or “looks” in the future (ie a saved “look” created with combinations of saved items, and a saved “collection” of saved “looks” belonging to the same category—formal, vacation, casual, work, etc.)
5) Karma has improved a lot (thank you!), but when saving items from your phone to Karma with the button in iOS you used to be able to automatically add that item to a list at the same time, and now you can’t. That feature was really useful! It would be easier to use though if you could just start typing and get prompted with suggested lists.
6) I would love to be able to sort in-stock items by % off. That would be so, so helpful!

I have been using Karma for a long time and I love it for the most part. I feel like it’s generally easy to use and super helpful with applying coupons right on the page with the browser extension. But, there a few updates I would love to see from this app. I would love a feature to be added that would tell you of you had already saved something or even be able to sort by name so that you could see that you saved something more than once since they would be right next to each other in the “my items” section. I also think the interface could use a bit of touching up to make it a little cleaner looking. These are my only complaints with it but otherwise generally recommend Karma to everyone!

I do love ur app n all but there's a lot on there that really high priced n not affordable for me. And although there's coupons n percentage off, it's still out of my budget. Maybe if more affordable stores added it would be great. I'm still new to ur app so it may be that I'm not seeing r understanding everything.

Update: just the fact that you got back to me on my review makes me wanna keep n use ur app🙂! And I will try adding more stores where I shop from thank you 😊. Thank you for Karma. Hopefully I'll be saving lots of money an buying more lol.

I love Shoptagr so much. It's such an intuitive app and makes shopping for good deals so efficient. I especially like that if I end up buying something I Shoptagged and I get another email alert that it's on sale again I can just click a link on the bottom of the email to quickly stop receiving alerts on the item. I also like being alerted when an item is back in stock. It would be even more helpful if Karma would take note of the color and size of the item I'm wanting and alert me if it's available. I also use Karma as a wishlist of sorts so I can go to one place and see all of the items I'd eventually like to add to my wardrobe.

Karma has saved me thousands of dollars...the sale notifications are invaluable!! This is the only app whose push notifications I’m excited to see! And I have been able to get an alert when items were sold out and someone randomly does a return of the item! That’s how I got two things that I was so upset about being sold out. I’ve literally been able to buy items that were originally 300 and 400 hundred for like 40 and fifty dollars, because it was the last one they had in inventory and was returned! The creators of Karma are genius!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Karma use to work but doesn’t anymore. I added a jacket I was planning to buy and when the price got reduced, I happened to check the clothing website and surprisingly the price was cut by about 35% and people bought it out so fast the only size left was XS. I never received a notification from Karma and when I checked the item in Karma , it never updated the price. I relied too much on Karma and lost a great deal. Someone please look into this.

I love Karma, and it's literally helped me so much. It's so much better than having to revisit a website all the time, looking for sales or seeing if something you wanted is still there. It notif's you if anything just came back in stock, is on sale, or is out to sell out. Way easier than signing up for all those notifications from tons of different websites. It's also nice to see all the things I want from tons of different online stores in one place, and they don't place limits on how much you can save - which is awesome. The only bad thing is, which isn't even a problem really, is that the images they convert from the website come up in bad quality on Karma .

This is a great app. You can save different shopping items across different websites to different lists that you get to label and organize. You can choose to be notified whenever there is a price drop of any type, 25%, and 50%. You can even earn cash back on select sites. It doesn’t stop there! When you make a purchase, Shoptagr will find different coupon codes to help you save money. If you’re always shopping online this is a great help. I’ve been saving so many different items to Shoptagr for my holiday shopping. It’s just perfect for organizing everything and staying up to date on the best deals! It’s a google chrome extension as well.

Honestly, this is a great idea, with very poor execution. I have been using the program for about a month now, and it messes up so many times it is truly infuriating. For example, 80% of the time that you try and save something from the internet, and then go into Karma and look for it, the item is simply not there. (After refreshing Karma multiple times, exiting and re-loading, and even trying to add the product again.) Other times, Karma will add two of the same item you wished to track, or glitch out entirely and stay on a loading screen while you are trying to browse the internet. Giving it 1 star, because like I said, it’s a cool thought, horrible in actuality.

The web extension on my iMac works fine... Karma does not. Most websites I save from, major or otherwise, either directly from my iPhone (11 Pro Max for reference) or iPad in the shoptagr app or from another app (importing to shoptagr) rarely works properly. It will not save the selected size, color, or anything optional. It doesn’t matter if I make sure to select the correct info beforehand. It simply saves the default link with NO selection whatsoever. There is also no way to edit this after it’s been saved... why? This defeats the purpose of this service, IMO. Please, PLEASE fix this so I can be notified when my size is back in stock, or when a specific color goes on sale, etc.

When I first downloaded Karma it was working just fine and it actually helped me cop a makeup item that kept selling out because it notified me when it was restocked. However, I went back to use Karma to track a few items I was wishing would go on sale and found that Karma kept crashing and it was glitching...when I say glitching, it would say it saved an item but it would never shop up in my app. Also, I would create a list and the list would show up on my side bar but after going into the list there would be no items saved. Delete app...I have no time to mess around with bugs/glitches.

Karma is amazing, it helps me save so much and the notifications are very helpful. However, the saving feature is slightly extensive because you have to save your items in the browser, but it’s a small price to pay for all the money you’re saving. I do have a very big problem though. When I click the item in the Shoptagr app to see it on the certain store’s app, it shows a white screen and takes me to the store’s main page. It wastes time because I have to search for the item manually and it’s not really helpful when it runs out of stock quickly. I love Karma but please fix this :)

I love that if I am looking at a particular item, I just save to Karma and I get an alert if my favorite item goes on sale. I don’t have to keep checking which is very convenient. My only complaint is that I get a lot of alerts on sales for certain sites I never shop but I just ignore them. Who knows, maybe the alerts will be helpful at some point. So far, really enjoying Karma !
