App has glitches. Sometimes it won’t post the weekly ad. Right now it won’t let me view the weekly ad. It says “Error, Can’t connect to server. Try again later.” It has been doing this all day. I hate having to go to the Macey’s website to check the weekly ad. It defeats the purpose of the ap. Please fix.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Last week the weekly add didn’t show up on Maceys . This week. I can’t get certain sale items to add to my shopping list. I get the error “Log in to add to shopping list”. I was already logged into Maceys . I logged out of Maceys to log back in, it gave me an error “Can’t connect time server”. I rebooted my phone and deleted Maceys and re-downloaded it. I tried loading in again. I got the same error, “Can’t connect to server”. So now I can’t log into Maceys . Maceys has so many issues. I love shopping at Macey’s, but your app needs to be redone. Poorly executed.

Tried to create an account but due to a system issue,Maceys is larger than the display window and it is not possible to scroll down to accept the terms.

I’m sick and wanted to do online shopping but Maceys won’t even let me select a location to do so. Disappointed.

Looks decent. Can’t interact with it at all though. Kinda makes it useless. I’d give it zero stars but that’s not an option unfortunately

The online order buttons do not work on the iPhone. Specifically the select a location buttons so you can start ordering. This should be soooo easy.

The add says with digital coupon, but how can you use it if it’s not there! Plus the part where you add the amount of red button ice cream purchased (buy 12 get one free) doesn’t work! So disappointed!!!

When I try to set up an account it says there’s already an account with my email. When I try to login and reset password it says there’s no account with that email.

Whenever I try to use Maceys , it either freezes or says ”loading” forever. I have tried to use it several times on different days but it never works correctly. It’s just an exercise in frustration!

I can’t even start my online order. I choose a store and click the Shop this Store button and it doesn’t do anything. I like this app but need to be able to order online and have it delivered. I guess I’ll stick with Harmons or Smiths- the two best grocery apps I’ve ever used.

What a terrible idea. The last thing I need is to manage an app while I’m trying to shop and handle kids. So what? You’re going to charge me for not using it? Being a part of “the club” isn’t enough anymore. With Maceys it also requires much more personal information. No thanks.

Trying to create an account but when I try to scroll down to the agreement toggle, it won’t let me stay down that far on the screen unless I try to pull it up with one hand and try to switch the toggle in order to agree to the terms but toggle won’t activate when I try it that way

I noticed an ad for some groceries that expires “today” (the current day I’m writing). And it won’t let me add some of the coupons to my account. How sad, and I can’t find the coupons in any other search function.

0 star because they have years of feedback with no seemingly visible improvement.

I was so excited about the NEW Santaquin, Utah store and Maceys took that away. It won’t allow me to register, unable to enter birthday on iPhone, and I ended up deleting it. Too bad because Smith’s is only 2 miles away. This is App is EXTREMELY outdated. Macy’s management needs to get rid their App and tech employees and hire new people who actually know what they are doing in the year 2020. I’ll be writing the head management to hopefully address this issue.

Downloaded app and put in my information. It said checking, then froze at the updating account, showing the spinning sprocket.

I couldn’t get logged in to the original install. I tried the help request but never got a response. Tried again with a different email and it worked. To find specials you have to manually search through categories because no search figure. Feels very clunky.

I love all of the updates you have made to Maceys recently. It is so much easier to use digital coupons, create a shopping list and see what is happening with my rewards. Can’t wait to see what future improvements you make! We ❤️ Macey’s.

It's an app for a local grocery store and people expect the world for a free app lol. Too much negativity.

App works fine. Good way to see local deals.

Maceys has been great! I use it to save on items I buy for my family. The coupons are easy to use and I save on my kids favorite foods.

I love how easy Macey’s has made it to use digital coupons. There are a few reviews on Maceys Store with low ratings. They definitely haven’t tried the latest version. Check it out!
