Getting my info and payment info into my profile was cumbersome, if not infuriating as it took more than a dozen times to get the system to accept what was accurate and correct yet it kept giving me error message. Finally I had placed an order and system told me complete, to find not complete and never registered! Wrote few emails for help and and called and didn’t much assistance. Their automated message says the time frame in which their offices are open, but neglects what time zone and where! I gave that feedback, and got no recognition of it. I have receipt of my order, come to TheLuxuryCloset to track my purchase and package and TheLuxuryCloset tells me I have NO PURCHASE HISTORY! What?! If someone does not help me appropriately with the issues I have with TheLuxuryCloset and company, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN & I will tell everyone I know to not also... Never have I had such issues with ordering things online or through an app... your system leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
They have terrible customer service. Apparently there’s hidden custom fees. I’ve shopped internationally many times in the past and never had custom fees thrown at me. After reading reviews on a few websites and seeing their cavalier responses plus having my own negative experience dealing with them via email. I’m deleting TheLuxuryCloset and won’t be risking shipping here. Also doesn’t help that they don’t accept PayPal. Which is highly suspect in my opinion. I also unsubscribed from emails multiple times and yet am still getting them!
What a lame app that it will not allow me to filter it at all!! I am forced to search thru items that are not relevant to me if I want to shop on it. Don’t waste your time 😕
Can i know why all countries are there except Qatar?!! Very disappointed i was looking for an app like this but TheLuxuryCloset is the worst so far because they didnt include qatar especially since after the emirati blockade!!!
Initially some of their prices seem reasonable, but when you add $50 shipping fee and other nonsense charges, TheLuxuryCloset looks more and more like a rip-off. There are a lot of better options to go to!
It was one of the wort experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
Customer service is just too bad and takes forever to reply.
To get items back from them will take a life time. I’ve been complaining daily and it is still pending.

It took 5 days to get the site to take payment. I sent 6 offers to the person selling these pants and never heard back. So I ended up paying full list. Just not a fun experience at all.
I tried to purchase an item on here and the order never went through. It kept trying to get me to continue to order it and they charge my card three times. They refunded me only once I then had to contact PayPal to have them refund me and I still have an outstanding charge from them know item and I finally had to go through my credit card to get the remainder refunded. I will not deal with them again.
SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company! I made a purchase combined with shipping of about 5K and never received my items. The shipping company forged my signature, and I have been dealing between the Luxury Closet and DHL on this matter, and it was concluded that the case is closed. I did not sign off on my items and still never received them. Luxury Closet is another scam, and do not trust them.
The service is bad, the follow-up is not serious, an item was displayed on their site and it was sold without my notification. stupid app
After the last update there should be an option to hide sold items from wish list in addition to sorting and filtering options.
Could update app to add “art “ as a category for sellers to list items.
