How to fix Mileage Tracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mileage Tracker app on iPhone
Update Mileage Tracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mileage Tracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mileage Tracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mileage Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mileage Tracker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mileage Tracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mileage Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mileage Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Update Mileage Tracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mileage Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mileage Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mileage Tracker.

Fix Mileage Tracker unable to contact server/ Mileage Tracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mileage Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mileage Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mileage Tracker
