How to fix ELSA Speak app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ELSA Speak app on iPhone
Update ELSA Speak app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ELSA Speak iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ELSA Speak on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ELSA Speak network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ELSA Speak Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ELSA Speak not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ELSA Speak App
1. On android, goto Settings » ELSA Speak » click [Force Stop]

Update ELSA Speak to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ELSA Speak App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ELSA Speak » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ELSA Speak.

Fix ELSA Speak unable to contact server/ ELSA Speak internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ELSA Speak » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ELSA Speak » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ELSA Speak
