They have a lot of fees they take out of your money what’s on your report isn’t really what your getting company gets a lot of the order money and you come off with $20 per delivery no matter the size which I don’t understand but yep
The constant dinging that VROMODriver sends through its notifications is the single most annoying experience I’ve ever had not just on iOS, but on ANY platform I’ve ever used.
For the uninitiated, when you go online, you are waiting for requests. If you don’t switch over to VROMODriver after several minutes, it notifies you with a persistent audio ping until you click on the notification and enter VROMODriver .
The message says if you don’t click on VROMODriver , it will click you out of work and change your status to offline.
All the other apps are aware enough to not have this awful feature. This issue needs to be addressed yesterday.
VROMODriver can not function without it always knowing your location. What that means, is that the various restaurants you use VROMODriver with always know your location even when you’re not delivering for them. I’ve seen drivers clock out and we can still see them on the map as they drive home. VROMODriver needs to be able to function with Location Access set to While Using VROMODriver . I will leave a one star review for this Big Brother styled software until then.
Why is it that whenever a new delivery request emerge on my phone, it gets recalled or claimed by another driver before I get a chance to read the delivery details prior to pressing “Accept” ???!!!
This has happened too many times - LIKE TODAY, and I end up missing out on great delivery opportunities via VROMO. Disheartening!
Can you guy remove the ringtone that goes off when we drop a cater? It’s really annoying and serves no purpose
It would be helpful if you could provide a few more seconds to accept a job/order. I would like to do more deliveries, but can’t snatch them fast enough.
This is how I make my living and I enjoy delivering and meeting new people. Love the idea of delivering yo business and not people’s residence. I just wish VROMODriver was better as it sticks and stalls where as I can hit the accept button multiple times and still not get the delivery. Thats a big disappointment as I need as least 4/5 consecutive deliveries a day.

Our system are perfect but the only things we can't expect that foods merchants partners to control with on times
Everything went well. Pick up is easy. Delivery was easy once I was able to find the location because GPS took me to the wrong side of the street.
Transaction was smooth..I had to wait 20 minutes when I got to the restaurant..it would have helped to get a number to talk to dispatcher so I could communicate why there was a wait and I had no idea what was ordered…overall i love VROMODriver and would recommend this to others!

Despite all these reviews that I’m seeing, I’ve had a good experience with VROMODriver. VROMODriver works with the EZ cater and they send out good offers $.

Job was easy and instructions very clear
The store responded quickly and was within the indicated delivery time. When I arrived at the delivery location someone from the staff met me in the hallway and told me that she could bring the food and told me that she organized it at the meeting place. They were a delivery yes. setbacks
Really convenient if you want to make extra money
One of, if not the best app for deliveries. They accommodate you with the necessary integrations needed as well as offer tracking links and some of the most wonderful stats recording along with charts and graphs to help you better understand it. Many other features that I could rave on and on about, but you’ll have to check it out for yourself to see as I don’t wanna write a three page review. I have had my own delivery service for over 10 years. About three years ago I stumbled upon this software developer and have nothing but great things to say about his app. Andrew and his crew at vromo have been top notch people to deal with since day one. VROMODriver has been tweaked every time there has been an issue and they take our personal feedback to heart. They have taken our suggestions as well as others and have made this a 5 star app. It’s easy to use, multi-functional and just a lifesaver. Any and I mean any problems that I have ever had have been addressed by Andrew and his crew even going into the wee hours of the morning.
