Privacy Nightmare

This app can not function without it always knowing your location. What that means, is that the various restaurants you use the app with always know your location even when you’re not delivering for them. I’ve seen drivers clock out and we can still see them on the map as they drive home. This app needs to be able to function with Location Access set to While Using the App. I will leave a one star review for this Big Brother styled software until then.
Worst app in all my years of iPhone use

The constant dinging that the app sends through its notifications is the single most annoying experience I’ve ever had not just on iOS, but on ANY platform I’ve ever used.
For the uninitiated, when you go online, you are waiting for requests. If you don’t switch over to the app after several minutes, it notifies you with a persistent audio ping until you click on the notification and enter the app.
The message says if you don’t click on the app, it will click you out of work and change your status to offline.
All the other apps are aware enough to not have this awful feature. This issue needs to be addressed yesterday.
Missed Delivery Requests that are deliberate by the App itself!

Why is it that whenever a new delivery request emerge on my phone, it gets recalled or claimed by another driver before I get a chance to read the delivery details prior to pressing “Accept” ???!!!
This has happened too many times - LIKE TODAY, and I end up missing out on great delivery opportunities via VROMO. Disheartening!
