My siilo app doesn't give a sound on new notifications, just a single vibration. Sometimes the notifications go unnoticed because of this problem. Can't seem to find a setting with sound on/off which can be seen on the iPhone app

How to fix Siilo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Siilo app on iPhone
Update Siilo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Siilo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Siilo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Siilo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Siilo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Siilo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Siilo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Siilo » click [Force Stop]

Update Siilo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Siilo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Siilo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Siilo.

Fix Siilo unable to contact server/ Siilo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Siilo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Siilo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Siilo
