No Support to Resolve/Impossible to Navigate

It may work for some users, but I have tried everything to navigate this app. I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded numerous times, and it will not provide a default schedule. You are better off taking photos of all the panel schedules by the doors because when I tried to talk to customer service via online chat, they arbitrarily cancelled the chat after I was told to provide a screenshot of the apps shortcomings in a chat that would not allow it. I will be fighting to get compensation for this horrid experience in trying to manage enjoying the rest of the con. Off to take pics.

This app is not up to date. Having difficulty checking in to the kiosk here at C2e2. I have already activated my card and when I scan it. It says it's already been scanned in several kiosk when it's in fact my first time scanning it. Someone fix it!
Current version not available for my iPhone

The App Store indicates I could download the oldest compatible version of the app, but when I did, it only had the 2020 event info, not the 2021 event information. Not helpful.
