The title says it all - ClusterTruck CONSTANTLY sends reminder notifications that it’s installed on your phone, you should use it, their delivery time is only 50 minutes! It’s terribly annoying and you can’t disable them - the only way to disable them is to disable ALL notifications for ClusterTruck which would keep you from knowing if your order was placed and when it will arrive!
On top of all this, their service area is too small - so telling me that you can deliver to me only to tell me after I order that I am “outside the service area” is misleading.

Don’t waste your time with this company. They don’t have regular hours so you never know when you can order. They sometimes only are available during the week and not on weekends. Which makes you wonder why they have a brunch menu. Sometimes they’re only open after 4pm. Once again why do they have a lunch/brunch menu if they’re not open. They’re food is generally pretty good, but seriously why would you even consider ordering from them if you can’t get food most of the time. This company is a JOKE!

Let me start by saying I absolutely LOVE cluster truck. The food is always hot and there is an actual person who reaches out from time to time, checking how the service is. I love that. My only bone to pick is there is no option to order additional dressings. I am a ranch dipper for everything and the little side of ranch is never enough. I would love an option to add ranch OUTSIDE of the side of ranch option that is given when personalizing you’re menu item. Please Please Please!!! Side Note: the ranch dressing is amazing!!!!!

I like using both the this app website and app but since the menu is so long can the devs/programmers add a “favorite” button for all menu items so it’s easier to find and re-order the things I like most? Or perhaps just a way to easily re-order a past purchase from my order history. If they are already working on this I eagerly await it! Thank you!

I’ve seen the this app badged delivery vehicles around my neighborhood for a couple years or so? My wife and I JUST recently learned what we had been missing. We had stressed for so long about ordering from the same places over and over getting the same thing over and over. The menu is freaking endless. It’s always fast, it’s always amazing. And unlike DOMINOS they don’t cancel half my orders. Thanks this app!

Love the food, love the usability of ClusterTruck . It’s easy to find food with a few different methods including a search. The tracking for orders is helpful to know when the order is almost ready.

My GF and I have become big this app fans! We can always get exactly what we want, and the food comes incredibly fast. Anytime there’s been even a small issue, this app is always super responsive and friendly. Much better than any other food delivery service!

My girlfriend lives right down the road from them. Whenever I am over it is the first app I open or think of when I want food. The food tastes great and it’s always delivered quickly.

Only downside is, they close at 10pm. Very reasonable, but that’s about the time I want a weekend snack.

I had to stay downtown for a week although I live in Indianapolis. During Covid times decided not to go to restaurants and have used a cluster truck quite a bit. Everything is delicious, arrives hot, fried food crispy, fresh food gorgeous, meat top-quality. Delivery times super quick! Thank you so much!

We have used Cluster Truck for years. Not only is the food flavorful, fresh and amazing but the service is friendly and always on time. If you live in Indy or are visiting, use Cluster Truck over DoorDash or something similar. It’s a local business that truly does good at what they do.

I wish for two things, there was a tab dedicated to new items and I wish you could click on pictures on the menu screen and see them close up. They’re obviously high qualityphotos, why not show ‘‘em off??? 😎😎😎

I have been using this app nearly every day (ex. Weekends) for the last few months. I love the food selection and timely delivery with the right amount of notifications to keep me posted. ClusterTruck is easy to use and I only have one small suggestion - I would love to “view my bag” when I am in the “search”.

Good food, fast delivery, easy to use app. One of the best delivery options out there. I order both from work and home fairly frequently (about once a month) and have had no problems. The only thing I wish is that they’d deliver to your door instead of having to meet them at the curb.

I love the this app app because it is seamless with a very straight forward ordering process. A cool & convenient feature they have is the group ordering feature that allows you and your friends to order together but everyone gets to add their order them selves :) The group owner can pay for everyone or everyone can pay individually.. super neat and of course, the food is bomb!!

We love this app so much! Everytime we have family in town we have to get you guys. You rock! The best variety, the quickest delivery and most amazing food! Our 4 nieces call your food “City Food”. They say uncle can we get city food this weekend. They love you just as much as we do! Thank you for always being on point and never disappoint!

This is a great app, fantastic UX and great notifications on the web version. Great for anyone working who also has to order for groups or plan an in-house lunch or just didnt make plans for lunch. The idea, food, and service behind it is also stellar. Continue to see improvements with upgrades and appreciate the though that goes into their customer service.

Great selection and quick delivery...there are all different types of food on the menu for all the picky eaters, or for people who want different types of food (or healthy vs non-healthy). ClusterTruck is quick and easy to use. This is my go to when I don’t feel like going out or if I need food fast, but don’t want fast food. High quality food cooked just for you!

this app cooks an amazing variety of food all under one roof (scratch kitchen!!)... instead of waiting for some time middle man to pick up someone else’s food, this app owns the entire process from the time you order to the time you dig in. However the heck they’re using the cloud, the food somehow comes piping hot, ALWAYS. I wish CT were in more cities. I crave it so whenever I’m in a cluster truck delivery area I plan my meals accordingly!

I started ordering from this app way before COVID. When Covid hit hard and we were on lock down this app was the only place I truly trusted with the food and delivery. I honestly ordered 3 times a week for months. I am so thank full for them and there employees who took care of me through all the craziness in the world today. And of course the food is amazing and the service is amazing Thank you 🙏

They literally have something for everyone. The food is always great. I’ve always been in the delivery zones so they just drop it off. I’d rather get this, than do door dump. You’re mom wants you to eat this app.
