Call Calls drop within a minute or less of receiving or initiating a call

We switched to their new business model using this app Solo last year and decided not to use it for Bria being highly unreliable and unpredictable. It was a good concept, but not reliable for us. Also, the fact that you have to put all user credentials on Bria is a security risk on its own. With all the security breaches going around, what makes CounterPath not vulnerable? Anyways, without notice whatsoever, we were charged for another year. We quickly signed in to cancel the service and kindly asked this app Support to refund the charge since we did not authorize the charge this time around and it’s a product that we do not use. They replied that they won’t be refunding the charge as we “accepted the terms upon subscribing. You will receive a renewal notification in advance of the renewal date”. We never received a notification of the renewal charge, if we had we would had cancelled before hand. The ticket was then automatically closed for me to put any additional comments, so here we are now writing this 1-star review. If anyone at CounterPath cares, the ticket # is 56883. We simply want a refund. Thanks and I hope this helps other customers as well.

I love the look and feel of Bria . I have a distant hope that one day we can actually get it to work. But until that day comes, it is a buggy app. I don’t think I was ever able to get it to work for more than a call or two. Never for a whole day. I tried to work with customer support some time ago, but they were never able to fix the problem.

I have been a long time user of this app and recently received notice that my this app 5 was no longer supported. After installing this app Solo it will not stay registered unless I have Bria pulled up on the Home Screen of my phone and therefore I do not receive calls if I am doing anything else on my phone or even when my phone is locked. Bria has to be pulled up and phone not locked to work. WORTHLESS! Also no support number to call and support doesn’t respond when opening support tickets. Terrible service!

Requested registration if you don't have account don't bother install it they don't accept guests!

Bria on my computer has feedback and I can’t talk to anyone using Bria on the computer. When people call Bria on my phone it doesn’t pick up because it constantly says unregistered. Terrible technology.

Convoluted and ineffective in its sole role of making phone calls. Calls are filled with static and drop constantly, but that only happens if Bria is actually able to make a phone call.

Majority of calls start only ton hang up on the receiver upon answering. Major improvements needed

The system works easily and reliably and I’m grateful for that. The only thing I would suggest if possible is that a text function be added. In my line of work that would be a valuable added functionality.

I use Bria for remote working from home to connect to my desk phone. Call quality is great and I have no issues.
