Terrible App - No Support
I have been a long time user of Bria and recently received notice that my Bria 5 was no longer supported. After installing Bria Solo it will not stay registered unless I have the app pulled up on the Home Screen of my phone and therefore I do not receive calls if I am doing anything else on my phone or even when my phone is locked. The app has to be pulled up and phone not locked to work. WORTHLESS! Also no support number to call and support doesn’t respond when opening support tickets. Terrible service!

Let down
I love the look and feel of the app. I have a distant hope that one day we can actually get it to work. But until that day comes, it is a buggy app. I don’t think I was ever able to get it to work for more than a call or two. Never for a whole day. I tried to work with customer support some time ago, but they were never able to fix the problem.

Very unreliable
The app on my computer has feedback and I can’t talk to anyone using the app on the computer. When people call the app on my phone it doesn’t pick up because it constantly says unregistered. Terrible technology.
