Metricool doesn’t work. It never connect with Facebook and when you try to connect to other app it’s necessary being connected with FB

It doesn’t works. I logged in but it doesn’t show anything, blank page.

Doesn’t even work. If you are lucky and can run Metricool you won’t be able, never ever, to connect your accounts. Don’t waste your time, energy or patience. I should have read the reviews before.

Metricool does not work.

Metricool is useful...if it worked! Scheduled my TikToks...didn't post them. Tried scheduling w/ manual posts...didn't work. I might as well use my calendar on my phone because that the only part of Metricool that works.

Connected my Instagram...little did I know Instagram terms and guidelines prohibits 3rd party apps so as soon as I did that Instagram will no longer allow me to post or schedule posts. I've disconnected my account from Metricool and it still won't let me post so now I'm waiting to hear back from Instagram Support.

Thanks for trying to be helpful but honestly your app literally just made things even harder.

Metricool is close to useless at the stage it is now. Horrendous interface that makes the user experience a nightmare (e.g.: why is the button for settings as one of the main buttons?)

Things that need to be changed:
- we need to be able to delete a post after it has been ‘sent’
- pre save hashtag into hashtag groups
- include hashtag count, so we know how many tags are in the caption
- fix bugs with notifications, brand name etc

It’s impossibly difficult to connect your social medias, I still can’t connect my Instagram. It says I have to have my Facebook page linked with my Instagram, but when I go to either page it says they’re successfully linked on both apps.

A good example of going backwards !

Metricool doesn’t work. It only allowed me to connect Facebook and Instagram, but said the others don’t work on mobile yet or gave me some error message. Whoever designed this doesn’t know how to design error messages to tell you what’s actually up. It feels slimy though.

Had a page I wanted on Metricool . Then it wasn’t there. Went back to add it again but nothing. Used support to ask for help and was told I couldn’t add a personal profile - which it wasn’t.

Done wasting my time with Metricool and do not recommend.

I’ve downloaded Metricool twice and everytime i try to connect to Facebook it freezes and doesn’t let me enter my information. Then I receive a notification that says I’ve been temporarily blocked from Metricool because i was moving too fast. Metricool is a joke!

Uploading a video is impossible and craches 80 percent of the time. What's the issue? Please fix and I'll fix the review thank you

Randomly logged me out of my Instagram so i can’t schedule posts, not sure if it’s a bug. Says i have to own a Facebook page but i do and isn’t letting me add an instagram professional account. Strange, was working a second ago

Can’t see where to log in from the mobile app. It keeps showing swipe and when I swipe through the 4 stages, no place to enter log in credentials.

Look , the intentions are great. Overall needs to work, when I delete a post it doesn’t get updated in the calendar in this app, it remains there. When I post something outside of this app , it doesn’t show in the calendar. The upload is just absurd. It literally took me 30 minutes to upload a video the other day. I just tried to upload a video, first it said 100% upload , then it went back to 82% , and stayed there forever. Intentions are good, we got work to do. I believe in the objetive, please get this resolved ASAP , I am a fan of this app and need it’s true potential.

It took me over 3 hours just to get 3 videos uploaded and saved to the calendar. It’s not time efficient at all.

Because I do not have Facebook. Why do I need a Facebook?

Paid for the ability to post to LinkedIn also, however it attaches the images as an article or link versus the images like FB/IG does. Missed opportunity here we can update! Can we add the option to post as image or post as “Read” (link)? Happy to help troubleshoot!

Metricool is friendly and very intuitive, but there are some areas to improve like hashtags validators, client auth views, stages to create the main-copy idea and then customized it for every social media channel. We moved to Loomly.

You guys should add the threads app to your portfolio too. It really needed

This is one of the best social media schedulers for an affordable price.

Their mobile app is very intuitive. I only wish that they included a social inbox in the mobile app.

They have separate social inboxes in the desktop version and it’s very slow. So don’t count on that.

Saved replies would also be nice for call to actions and hashtags.

As a business owner, Metricool is perfect for me especially over laptop, sometimes just a little bit slow on the phone
