Nice features and Design, Negative Daily Prompts

I will start with what I love about 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, and why I have it 2 stars instead of 1. The design is clean, simple and straightforward which makes it very easy to use. I like the Community aspect of it, the “3 amazing things that happened today” prompt, and the gratitude jar. These aspect are great on their own, without the daily prompt!

What I did not like, and what ultimately pushed me to cancel my subscription, is the negative nature of the daily prompts. The prompts force you to revisit negative times in your life and “view them from the lens of gratitude.” Revisiting past bad experiences that I have already dealt with psychologically is unnecessary, in my opinion, and is not how I want to spend my time. It evokes negative feelings that will affect your mood and thoughts for the day, which defeats the whole purpose of 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare.

Great concept, needs tech support maybe?

I love the idea and the usage I’ve gotten from 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare! But I’ve gotten the same prompt twice in two days, and today, I have the same prompt from yesterday again, but with my journaling from yesterday, too. The quote is the same, too. I really benefit from using 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, but I couldn’t find any apparent way to refresh the journal to a new prompt for today. I saved my entry, refreshed 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare , all that. So, I didn’t get to use it today, which isn’t the end of the world but was a little disappointing. If 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare worked better, I would more seriously consider paying for the premium subscription, but I’m not sure about it in its current state.

365 Gratitude

This is an excellent app for journaling, as it gives you a quote and then a prompt. Then at the much end you write 3 “amazing” things that have happened that day. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it seems like there’s a lot more to 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare than this main page. There are classes. I have taken a few. It was basic Psychology and CBT, but the information was accurate. The problem is there seem to be a bunch of other services, but there isn’t an obvious way to get to them. 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare would be 5-stars if on the main journal page they put a series of buttons going to each of the site’s offerings.

I ❤️💜this app!

I used to keep my gratitude journal on my notes on my phone. I downloaded 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare earlier in the year. And I enjoy the daily quotes and the many different topics that you write about daily. In fact I feel that these topics really stretch my mind to think of the ordinary things that I take for granted. Another feature of 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare that I have been trying to use more often is the “Gratitude Jar” when something good has happened to me on a particular day I add my thought and a picture to go along with it. I also enjoy the community part of 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare though I admit I don’t always visit it. I would highly recommend 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare to anyone looking for a gratitude journal!

Thank You. (+suggestion and minor issues)

First of all, I want to suggest that y’all make it so that finishing posts from the past still counts for points and your streak. Also, there is an issue where I get logged out from 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare often and get asked to put in my Apple ID password when I go to make an entry for the day. Other than that, I’ve got no complaints.

I am grateful for 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare!! It never fails to brighten my mood 200%. The feeling of community from hearing from other people is also so uplifting. Loved it enough to buy the premium version. Thank you for making it affordable and thank you for having such a great app.

Love This App

I downloaded 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare thinking it was just a basic journal, and normally that would mean that I won’t ever use it even though I’d plan to. But this is something else, it makes it interesting, it keeps giving you daily challenges to journal about, and then even provides you with points and awards that you start looking forward to receiving. But above all that, it helps you appreciate everything you have and life in general. It helps you overcome bad times or events or feelings in your life, and teaches you to be grateful for each and every present moment! I love 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, and will never stop journaling!!! Thank you for this!!! <3

Best Journal application

I have tried a number of journal apps and have determined the information, daily quotations from individuals throughout history and the related narrative stories are the most thought provoking truth and insight to who, where and what I choose to be….. no other application has given me more insights…… I encourage anyone reading this to: 1. Write every morning, it sets the tone for the day; 2. Use 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare as it is the most creative and inspiring of any I have used…. My “go to” each day…. Nothing feels better than quiet time in the dark early morning with my cup of coffee, a dog on my lap and reflecting on what matters most…..

Amazing

So far, so good. Just downloaded 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare , it’s really good for people like me who go to therapy, and asks many cognitive behavioral questions. Basically it helps you build yourself up and encourages you to become a better you, as a person. I do like 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, I enjoy my time using it, and I would recommend this to people who need positivity in their life’s. I have always tried to be the positive, happy little angel that I strive to be, but sometimes things happens and life tears me down. 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare can help you have a better day, if you will let it. You can track your good and bad days, allowing you to be more conscious of your moods and feelings about life. Great job with 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, I’m impressed.

Amazing 🤩

I don’t usually write reviews but I HAD to do it for this one. This is an AMAZING app. I love it‼️I have a physical gratitude journal but I felt I would write in in passively just to get it done but I didn’t TRULY feel the gratitude I was writing down. Since using 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, I’ve become more AWARE of my blessings 🙏🏽 and I’ve only been using it for a few days. If I can start to feel a shift in a few days, just imagine what a year could do, even 3-6 months. NEVER get rid of 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, it would break my heart. It has helped me and I will continue to use it. I read some of the reviews before downloading and now I see what they mean. Thanks for creating this 🙏🏽❤️

Best Kept Secret! ⭐️

This year (2018) I went through a really bad life trauma that left me with PTSD and I struggled! Having two small children that desperately needed me to pull through and quickly (and faster than my 2 therapists were able to help), I decided to start searching for a helpful app. I wanted something that was journal type with some added bonus material and prompts. Something that helped me investigate myself and start helping me change from within. Something to help with my mindset. Man, was I surprised by 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare! I have paid for 4 different mood trackers and journals in the last 4 years and NONE of them can compete with this one! None! The small daily prompts help you really put life in to perspective and help refocus you on what is more important... Gratitude for what you DO have, no matter what that is, you always have something! 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare is worth every penny and profound! Sincerely, it has helped me more than my dedicated therapists have so far! With an online community within 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare , it is easy to share gratitude and lift each other up! We need that WAY more than Facebook! 💕

This app is changing my life

I’ve always been a naturally negative-minded person. I also have type 2 bipolar disorder (meaning I’m depressed the majority of the time and rarely have mania). So I wasn’t expecting 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare to do much for me because a lot of my negative thinking was coming from a severe mental illness that therapy hadn’t helped much and medication barely kept at bay.

The writing prompts challenged me to think in a new way which was actually foreign to me at first. I wasn’t used to putting so much thought into things I was grateful for and what was good about life. I was only used to focusing on problems and things I wasn’t happy with. And the writing prompts are really well-written. You can tell a lot goes into writing them. Each one is like a short blog post. It’s not like just a couple sentences. So they really go in-depth and make you think.

But the thing that helps me the most is the social feature. It’s kind of like Facebook, only you share things you’re thankful for and read what others have posted, and you can post pictures as well and comment on posts. Going down the feed and reading others’ entries just puts you in a very positive frame of mind. There is a really positive and supportive community.

Since I started using 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, I feel happier in my daily life. It’s like it’s rewiring my brain to focus on good things instead of the negative. I can’t recommend it enough, and it’s definitely worth the price.

Grateful for this app

First review I have done for an app, I just felt that I owed 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare this. I’ve always heard of and known about the importance of gratitude but didn’t really know how to practice it. I always said I’d be more grateful throughout the day but as we go along through our hectic days it sometimes is difficult to remember to pause and think about the positives in our life. 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare helps establish a routine. By setting a reminder to do it everyday at a certain time of day it becomes habitual. The prompts really engage your mind, and help you think deeply about your life as opposed to thinking “well I’m happy for my health, the roof over my head, family, friends, etc.” Writing it out in response to the prompts truly do help get your mind flowing with these thoughts.

Love this app

I was unsure about using a app for a journal but it works . I have always try to write 3 things am grateful for every night but after time I would forget or be to tired . I have a reminder set so I don’t forget and everyday I want to write to keep my streak going . The prompts give me ideas to write about and I find them very helpful . I also try to make sure to post in the community . I enjoy reading other’s post and being in a community with like minded people . I feel the community helps keeps us going and is supportive . I have only had one issue with 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare and sometimes it will not let me up load to the community post . Other than that I have not had any user issues . I have recommend it to all my coworker and friends

Good stuff 😊

I was in search of a Christian-based gratitude app, but I opted to give this one a try, perhaps about 3 years ago — and I’m still with it. I think the developer has done a good job with 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare; he’s done an enormous amount of research to keep it fresh on a daily basis. It doesn’t give me the Christian-based material I would like, but all in all, I do believe it’s very, very good!

For those complaining they cannot type: I’m not sure, but I do think there’s a “Free” version, where you cannot store your typed words … then maybe I signed up for a more complete version, because I can respond to all the questions 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare provides with ease. All in all, I will remain with it, daily. I think I’m now on year #3 with 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare. That says a lot right there.

So grateful I found this app!

Love the quotes to start off each day. And then a smiley face to rate your mood. A chance to honestly reflect on how you’re feeling. Then the READINGS! So great! They are filled with thought-provoking information that puts things going on in my life into perspective. Then the real-time opportunity to write down my reflection on it is great. And finally, a good habit to get into is to reflect on 3 things you are grateful for. Sometimes it’s hard, sometimes it’s easy, but this is important work. Love starting my day this way!

There are a couple other added bonuses after that like 5 motivational quotes based on your reflection, it tracks your progress. You can look back in your entries.

I hate paying for apps, but this was worth it in my opinion…

Daily

365GratitudeJournalSelfCare is simple enough to use it’s not overwhelming with to much to do that you start to avoid it on your bad days it asks you daily questions and y it can choose how many questions an even choose the questions, it allows editing and saves your past entries, which I think is wonderful to be able to go back an looks at either your progress or the change in general or just to refer to when an issue began and if that problem was as big now as it was that day you can express yourself on your limits and to me that is what really helps now the demanding help apps that give a daily check list that to me makes me feel as if I failed I’d I don’t complete them I feel overwhelmed an ignore going to them for days sometimes

365 gratitude free

I cannot afford the paid program part so I just have to take the free stuff and every time I get on that reminds me how important gratitude is every day that if I am truly thankful for what I have I can’t feel sorry for the things I don’t have no matter how many things aren’t going my way I see everything that is I see everything that is good see everything that is great see you all the love and happiness in the joy that I share with my family and my friends and all the hope that I have a great future and a great day today a great moment I’m super super stoked and absolutely 100% grateful for 36Five gratitude because it’s giving me back my ability to be grateful every day because I forgot to pull out my notebook and a pen and write down the things I’m grateful for and now I can just open my phone and there it is

Great!

I absolutely love 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare!! I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it’s been super easy to stick with. I usually struggle to stick with things like this, but I enjoy 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare so much I’ve only missed a few days in 2 months. I got rid of all social medias a few years ago as they are a massively unhealthy waste of time to me. This gratitude app is exactly what I’m looking for; fun, easy to use, promotes self growth, and a much healthier use of my time and energy. The people on here are so kind and it’s really uplifting to be able to receive support in my self growth. I figured if I want to scroll mindlessly I’m my free time, I can look at positive things! My life is so much better with 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare and I’ve heard the creator is a really good person too. If you’re thinking about getting 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare, do it!! You won’t regret it.

Gratitude, Growth, and Peace - All in One App

I’ve been using 365 Gratitude for a while now, and it has truly made a difference in my life. 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare offers so much – daily gratitude stories, mood check-in, a supportive community, dynamic affirmations, meditations, and even healing chats with an AI CBT therapist. One experience really solidified how valuable 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare is for me. At work, I had an interaction with a customer who was incredibly rude – one of the most difficult people I have to deal with. I was upset and struggling to process the situation, but instead of letting it ruin my mood for the entire weekend, I turned to the AI CBT therapist. It helped me break down the situation, reframe my thoughts, and move forward in a healthier way. 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare has helped me shift my mindset and stay more present. When I consistently practice gratitude, I genuinely feel better. If you’re looking for a simple yet powerful way to cultivate more positivity in your life, 365 Gratitude is absolutely worth it!

Why this app will help you become more positive

Often I write a list of a few things I’m thankful for & I’m very moved inside the moment of realizing them, but the unvaried routine increasingly becomes rote & inevitably I forget to see the world with gratitude by noon.
365GratitudeJournalSelfCare has different creative daily ways to spark a specific type of gratitude that deeply helps one revamp from a place of self-centered daily existence into a perception of how one has been gifted by others and circumstance & thus an organic instinctual pining to give back or contribute something to the day which never ceases to make one’s own self a happier, kinder person with a sense of purpose. You will not regret 365GratitudeJournalSelfCare. I cannot recommend it enough & I have only just downloaded it a little while ago.
