Really good app, it just needs to be able to view archives (that would be the cherry on top) and it would also be nice if MultiTab didnt slow down on showing some posts when you scroll down. Usually have to force close and open again. Must be a bug. Other than that, solid app.

I really love MultiTab. I use it as my main tumblr reader. But I notice it does a poor job of memory management. Really slows down on iOS devices with less than 2GB of memory; will even suddenly quit. Also, would really love if it would let me sort the list of tumblrs I am following alphabetically, rather than (I presume) reverse chronologically. The memory issue needs to be addressed, though.

It would be nice to have a consolidated dashboard without duplicate re blogged posts. For example User1 will reblog a posts from User2, User3, and User4. Next User2 will reblog a post for User1, User3, and User4. And so on. The result is dozens of duplicate reblogged posts.

It would be cool if this consolidated dashboard feed feature would have a single post but list each user that reblogged "reblogged by user1, user2, user3, user4, etc"

I don't use this as my primary way of viewing Tumblr, but it's indispensible for my use of the service. It has two things that Tumblr for some reason hasn't implemented: a grid view for everything (not just tags and some users) and an equivalent of Twitter lists ("FeedSets").

Edit: I updated my review because it works fine except for the messaging part. It’s not their fault if Tumblr doesn’t provide access to it.

I tried it with two different accounts and it only had one or two old messages. I need an app that allows for messaging the people that I follow and who follows me. That’s one of the best parts of Tumblr in my opinion

I am blown away that the developer rolled out an update to support older ios versions such as mine 1 day after reporting a performance bug within the best Tumblr alternative app in the entire app store. I used the feedback option within MultiTab to send an email explaining what problem I was having, and I was shocked I got a professional email reply in less than a day, but completely blown away they fixed it in less than 24 hours with an update waiting in MultiTab store for me to download. I have 250+ feeds and MultiTab handles all of them so efficiently and even gives you the ability to give you a hands free slide show. There are so many excellent features not even listed in the description. Again 100 stars for MultiTab itself and 100 stars to MultiTab developer (i wish I could give 100). I absolutely recommend MultiTab to everyone that uses Tumblr!!!!

Finally, a way to approximate some of the things I've had to do in browser settings to make this site less user-hostile. Thank you! I've already recommended this to others.

I’ve been a paid supporter a couple of years now and still love MultiTab. It’s the only one I use for Tumblr. Today I noticed I can’t share to my fb feed, only to stories. Is this a bug or a new change?

Often times I’d use the vanilla tumblr app and get tired of the features they’d tack on. The temptation of the fyp. No one wanted that. Now the ads are obtrusive again. Thankfully this app will do Adblock at a super cheap rate and give me a very good and normal scrolling experience!

I loved Tumblr but I was having such a hard time with MultiTab freezing and quitting that I wasnt even bothering with it anymore. Then I did a search and somebody posted a mention about MultiTab, wow!!! It’s flawless. Friendly interface. Someone put some thought into enjoying the Tumblr experience. Get it!!!

I like how it's easy to use since I can't use the tumblr app since the last update. It's easy to use. Everything is easy to learn. Only thing,I wish they had a way to be able to message the accounts. Without it,it feels like you're cut off from the world.

MultiTab is a MUST HAVE for anyone on Tumblr who likes to blog from their phone. I don't know why it doesn't have more of a following, because it's better than the official version in every conceivable way.

The most amazing feature? It doesn't force a full refresh every time you switch to a different app and return! You can turn your phone OFF, and Fastfeed still has your back - whatever blog or tag your were browsing is right there when you open it up again. It also lets you open any Tumblr links in tabs, which is one of those "where has this been all my life??" features.

That's just scratching the surface, too - seriously, your mind will be blown at how much control you suddenly have over your Tumblr experience. I've been using it for six months, and I'm still amazed by it. I can't even imagine going back to the official version!

Amazing app!! Love MultiTab but I’m unable to see a whole bunch of liked posts. After like 50-80 posts it skips a whole recently liked stuff. I really like to go back through my likes and download stuff so it’s kinda frustrating.

I just found MultiTab to test it out. I wanted to know if I could see all the censored posts instead of dealing with half the posts blurred on actual tumblr. Well I can! Now that I can do this I can access accounts that I use to look at for inspiration for my art! I just subscribed for a year so I don’t have to worry about ads or any other isssues!! Thank you!!!!

MultiTab isn't perfect, but it comes pretty close! It works WAY better than the Tumblr app. It downloads faster, starts faster, remembers where you're at better, and doesn't crash after being used awhile.

The UI is intuitive and lets you enjoy the content in an effortless manner.

I'm very glad I found MultiTab.

My bad, I had written a poor review earlier as my account was hacked after I started using MultiTab and had assumed they were correlated. The developer messaged me to inform me that this couldn’t have happened because of MultiTab as it does not collect that sort of information. It also seems many people experienced the same hack I had and it was a broader Tumblr hack.

In all it’s a great app that has been really helpful to me as a person with ADHD.

Having virtually every tumblr app in MultiTab Store. Being one of the developers first customers I truly have to say MultiTab is by far the best here are the following reasons in my opinion excellent customer service Constant updates for more features and performance this developer constantly strives to deliver a better to MultiTab Store. I have not been impressed with other developers in MultiTab Store bought a truly must say this developer is a credit to themselves and App Store. I am running multiple blogs with MultiTab. It is truly the Rolls Royce of Tumblr Apps.

The ability to filter everything by Date/Photo/Video is great!

Please fix the “Search” option which doesn’t work sometimes. For example, if searching by tag (typing it yourself), sometimes it won’t give results, but if you find that tag already on a post and click it, it gives results.
It would also be great to have the filter options mentioned above also applicable to user Likes and Search results. The search feature seems to only be good for very recent posts, from that day.

The reblog function doesn’t work even after purchasing MultiTab . A little disappointed.

Update: Because I had saved something to drafts every time I held the reblog button it would say “reblogging” when it would in fact be saving it to my drafts. I tried signing out and had to eventually delete MultiTab and reinstall it. I know on xkit it says a little confirmation that it’s been queued versus reblogged. This may be a nice feature to see. Still a great app because purchasing removes ads from your tumblr experience. Just a hiccup that will hopefully be resolved in future versions. Would recommend.

Extremely fast, intuitive, and supports my older iPad like a champ. Makes using Tumblr fun again on my iOS version 9.3.5 iPad. Suggest that you use this if the official Tumblr app no longer works for you.
