I am constantly irritated by the instability of the OLB function. On more occasions than I care to remember I’ve had to change my password and in so doing have written it down on a piece of paper (how elemental) only to log out and log in sometimes within a matter of minutes only to have the new password rejected.
Having just gone through this a few days ago, I’ve decided that if this happens again I’m going to switch banks to one whose OLB is more stable.
The bill pay app needs work. You can’t set up a recurring payment and then edit individual payment amounts like you can in BOA app, which is helpful in avoiding late fees on credit cards. May have to switch back to BOA for this functionality. Set up of new pay to accounts is not as intuitive either. Very disappointed. Was hoping to drop BOA altogether but maybe not.
Currently I have duplicate accounts for every one of my accounts — checking, savings, mortgage, etc. But IFSgo capabilities are definitely improving over time.
I can not find how to put a company name down to use as a payee so I can pay from my checking account .
So far, so OK. Will not let me pay my mortgage through IFSgo or the site. Had to do it via my BofA Bill pay with a paper check. Please make paying the loan in my amount via app

I’ve used at least 4 other banking apps. This is best so far. It’s intuitive and works as expected!
Actually, prefer going to the bank and interacting with nice people there. I’m an old fart and not wild about news ways. I sm sure this automated system works well for people who are infirmed in some way, but I am not...YET!
