My app will not open a keeps telling me failed to connect to 17 hats please check your internet connection.

To resolve 17hats network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the 17hats App
1. On android, goto Settings » 17hats » click [Force Stop]

Clear 17hats App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 17hats » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 17hats.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 17hats » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 17hats » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 17hats
