I am unable to login. Keep getting the message that user name or password is incorrect. No matter what I do I’m unable to login.
App keeps saying that i need to go to app store and download the latest version of the app but there is no update. cant log in.

Sirs, As per today, SecurLock Equip give me the following message on my iPhone 13 Pro MAX with IOS 16.1 "This version of SecurLOCK Equip is no longer supported. Please install the latest version of the app." Upon entering the app store, the latest version is already installed. While waiting for your response, I will uninstall and reinstall SecurLock Equip to see if this will work. Please help! Dick R.
App says I need the latest version....go to play store. In play store, there is no update. I try to uninstall and install again. Same message.

Every time I put username and password in it tells me is not right. So I reset it they send token. Go in log back in to make sure. It says wrong and it won’t send another token. I am also trying to go put it on Samsung from iPhone. HELP
