Edit: after the update Sunday, I can’t use anything. Can’t log in, can’t change password, can’t even contact them about the issue. This is my bank card, so this is a major issue.

I thought this was going to help protect my bank cards, but now I wish I had never got it. It’s a super confusing app first of all. Turning things on and off, I’ve had my car declined several time and have to go in and figure out how to turn on/off what buttons to get it to work. Now some how I got logged out of the app completely and it will not take my password. I’ve tried resetting my password and it doesn’t send me an email with the token I need to change the password to get back in. When I try to contact them, it just goes to a blank white screen with nothing on it. I can’t find a number or anything to contact them, so I can get back into the app and finally get rid of the app completely once I’ve deleted my card. Don’t get the app. It’s an annoyance.

So my bank recently switched to this app, and I mean complaints after complaints from anyone else I know that banks with the same bank as me about this “new amazing app”
For one, I can’t even see my balance or transfer my balance so what’s even the point of the app?!
For two, it will forget my password (I took a screenshot of my new password to test it) put it in 2 days later and it’s saying invalid password?
Lastly , can y’all fix this? I mean if you have bad review after bad review , you would think you would fix this issue .

I am constantly having to reset my password. I write it down each time and when I go to log in the next time, it says wrong password every time. Very annoying. Reset emails take very long and this last time it’s not allowing me to reset my password. Face ID does not work more than a day. I have more issues than anything with this app and I will be getting rid of it ONCE I’m finally able to log back in and change the settings. I would have given it no stars if I could. Should have been a helpful app but it is more of a hindrance and annoyance.
