I have a problem with TrillerTV

User reports:
No current problems

- Missing a continue watching section that lets you pick up where you left off

- Problem with it on Samsung TV where it stops playing and have to reload

- Paid for the Perú v Paraguay match IN SPANISH but it wasn’t until after the 20 minute mark when the visual actually came on

- Delayed by at least 30 minutes and server was overloaded during the fight

- Could not access it any longer when tried to rewatch the fight the following day

To resolve TrillerTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the TrillerTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » TrillerTV » click [Force Stop]

Clear TrillerTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TrillerTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TrillerTV.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TrillerTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TrillerTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TrillerTV
