TOPCU is so garbage, and there is no possible way to contact the bank directly. If you are a member please leave this bank asap and if you plan on joining this credit union there are many others in Tucson that are ten times better in quality and customer service.

TOPCU is buggy, has a terrible habit with giving me popups and requires I take 18 million photos of my check to deposit it.

I too am having Zelle Issues. The credit union app does not preform so well. I have had a few too many issues with this credit union.

Bill Pay is my main reason for using TOPCU & not being able to customize the names of the payees is a serious problem. For instance, my husband & I both have our own accounts with several creditors, but I have no way of indicating whether a payee is his or mine. It does me no good to pay my account if his is the one that owes money! I cannot find any way to edit the payees. One creditor recently changed their card to a MasterCard. The account # is completely different, but I can't change it.

Now the Bill Pay function has vanished completely. It's like it never existed. I can only hope they have taken it down in order to fix it.

If all you want to do is check your balance or see if a check has cleared, it's fine for that. But I need a lot more from my banking than just passive monitoring.

Clunky, extra steps on a mobile are not intuitive, my 1Password doesn’t see mobile only net teller, trying to set up print auth… wish me luck.

Would be helpful to be able to choose to see password when forced to enter manually. The 100th of a second a character shows is not helpful.

TOPCU is made very basic. Would be nice if we could transfer money into another account like chase offers. I always mobile deposit and it takes 20+ try’s. Very annoying.

Seems that TOPCU needs some attention to be more stable and formatted for iOS.

It would be nice if you there was an option to put in a memo when doing a transfer. You can do that with online transfers but not on TOPCU .
It would also be so great if you could make check deposits through TOPCU .

Excellent App. The new update makes it a lot easier to instantly check my balance. Saves me a lot of time.

I am very happy to be a member of this app. It’s nice to have genuine people help with my financial needs. If you make the phone app the same way that USAA has their app then you would have everything you need for the services we can access and handle money matters.

I think TOPCU is great, especially if you live outside of Arizona. All my account information at my fingertips.

Now I don't have to call in or go online to check my balance! TOPCU makes life easier haha, thanks this app! :)
