Hi! My lifecycle stopped working and the app is closing itself and there is a black screen. Can anyone help with this?

Life cycle - blank screen and I’ve been using this for about 4 years!! Now cannot reload as screen stays blank - please help !!!

Hello, I havent opened life cycle in maybe a week or two and after going to open it, it immediately crashes. The app will not stay open for any amount of time. I've restarted my phone, offloaded it and restarted it, nothing. The only next steps seems to be deleting and re-installing but I don't want to lose all my data. Thank you!
