How to fix OhioHealth app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OhioHealth app on iPhone
Update OhioHealth app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OhioHealth iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OhioHealth on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OhioHealth network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OhioHealth Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OhioHealth not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OhioHealth App
1. On android, goto Settings » OhioHealth » click [Force Stop]

Update OhioHealth to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OhioHealth App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OhioHealth » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OhioHealth.

Fix OhioHealth unable to contact server/ OhioHealth internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OhioHealth » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OhioHealth » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
