When you go to upload pictures saved to your phone into the unit violation the button to insert the image is not calibrated correctly so it constantly refocuses instead of allowing you to insert a picture.

I’ve been waiting a very long time and still the San Antonio Area has not been added to the application. I asked last year and was told it will be added soon. Still waiting.

Will this be available on other platforms

Though it’s nice to be able to access addresses from my phone, ConnectAssociate will crash in less than 30 seconds.
If I try to look something up during a board meeting, it’ll crash 5 times before I can even find the information I need!
If I’m on a walkthrough on property, doing violations, it will crash while I’m taking photos, while they are loading, and while I’m going to the next address.
Please fix this bug as it make ConnectAssociate a real pain to deal with

The application was working just fine on my iPhone 6 until the recent update. After the update the application would no longer allowed. Are there issues with the application running on an iPhone 6? Are they being addressed?

It would be nice to see the account ledger directly from ConnectAssociate .

I had the chance to use the old version of ConnectAssociate and the improvements on this one are great, the ability to work with live information is great and modules like violations and resident information are a plus

Nice work moving the platform to mobile. A few bugs to fix, but ConnectAssociate will increase my utilization of Connect.
