Close and restart the LEGOLAND app on iPhone
Update LEGOLAND app to the Latest Version for iOS

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LEGOLAND app issues:

Force Stop the LEGOLAND App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LEGOLAND app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LEGOLAND to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LEGOLAND App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LEGOLAND app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LEGOLAND.

Fix LEGOLAND unable to contact server/ LEGOLAND internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LEGOLAND » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LEGOLAND » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LEGOLAND on android.
