LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Reviews

this app Discovery Center just opened up in the Bay Area CA and I wanted to get LEGOLAND to get ready for our first trip there but…I don’t think anyone is working on LEGOLAND or updating anything because the drop down menu doesn’t even list the new location. Was hoping it’d be like the Disney Parks app where I can store my ticket barcodes, look at the maps, etc…but I don’t think we’ll get to do that especially if they don’t even have the new location listed yet!

App won’t even open and EVERY review says the same thing and it’s still not fixed. this app Discovey Center itself is pretty good but whoever is in charge of LEGOLAND needs to be fired. They probably didn’t fix it bc they make more money off the $5 activity lanyard they sell. If LEGOLAND was working there would be no need for it. Not to mention the WiFi at the Columbus location doesn’t work and there’s no service in there either. Even the employees laughed at me when I asked what’s up with the WiFi

Looks like the developers have abandoned LEGOLAND in which case, it needs to be yanked from LEGOLAND Store. I used LEGOLAND a few years ago and it was great when I went to this app in PA, but LEGOLAND no longer works properly. A lot of the buttons don’t do anything and the map features don’t load.

Using this on iOS 13.3.1, iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Was looking forward to our trip for the first time & LEGOLAND was advertised, figured why not? Once it was downloaded, you click on it to open it & it doesn’t! At first I thought it was a small glitch on my phone but I reset it and still nothing! Waste of time!

Thinking about planning a visit and i thought LEGOLAND would be helpful. Of course LEGOLAND doesn't work for me either. I just downloaded it, tried to open it and it's like it's going to, it quickly comes up but just as quickly backs out. Can't even get into LEGOLAND .

Just as the other reviews say, app doesn’t work. Heavily advertised on their site so it’s really disappointing. The Disney app is spot on in everything it does. This one won’t even open. Guess they’re giving up to the big player in family entertainment.

I bought tickets and the website says to down load LEGOLAND.
Downloaded and doesn’t work.......

Now I wonder if I just wasted money booked a hotel and buying entry tickets when LEGOLAND that they talk about so much doesn’t even work 🙄

I would like to see the Columbus, OH location added to LEGOLAND . As for the reviews about the lack of this app Florida Park information, that should be moved to the this app Florida app. As LEGOLAND pertains to only the Discovery Centers.

This has the potential to be a great addition to the experience, but for AZ it’s definitely lacking. I clicked on the trivia and it froze. The map can’t be enlarged without becoming fuzzy. No details about any events for the year. Too bad :/

You figure with all the comments saying LEGOLAND doesn’t work the developer would get it fixed. Very disappointed. LEGOLAND is advertised on the website and in the email when you sign up for news and offers.

LEGOLAND does not function in any way on my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 12.1.2 downloads quickly, and immediately crashes within in 1 second of opening and force closes its self. Very disappointed

No matter how many times I delete, and retry LEGOLAND will not open. It crashes as soon as you click on the icon. They tell you to get it on their website but it WON’T OPEN! Why advertise LEGOLAND if it doesn’t work?

We were at this app Discovery Center yesterday. I was excited to see app being advertised there with a scavenger hunt. But after taking time to download it won’t open. Just keeps crashing. We were very disappointed.

The first thing any company will do after deploying to AppStore to see whether LEGOLAND opens- the company does not have the decency to test its own app. I am not saying it wont open a feature, but as it stands it wont even open. Kudos to app development team at this app (sarcastic)

What a disappointment. Read the one other review and thought they were being dramatic, but LEGOLAND really doesn’t work. It won’t even open. Bummer.
Still going to a this app though!

I’ve tried everything, from turning my phone off and on again to reinstalling LEGOLAND . Sadly, looking at other reviews, it seems these kinds of glitches are not uncommon.

If it doesn’t work, take it down and stop advertising on the website! We tried multiple times and our phones are updated.

We’ve had a LDC in our city for well over a year, however when I down loaded LEGOLAND our city is not listed in the location options. I’ve already deleted LEGOLAND .

Disappointed that this still doesn’t work. Tried every install trick in the book. Launches and crashes immediately.

LEGOLAND doesn’t work. Tap on it, the screen pops up quickly showing the this app logo then just as quickly it closes as though nothing happened. So it does NOTHING. Way to help me plan my visit! 👎🏻👎🏻
