Changing passwords is NOT secure

You people need to figure out that making people changing their password results in bad passwords. The entire industry has figured this out. Please don’t make me change the password.
It’s also an app for personal security and last time I checked criminals won’t allow me some time to reset a password using a lengthy process.
This app is the opposite of secure and convenient.

This app is just awful. Totally user unfriendly. Despite multiple updates, still impossible to access settings to change the alert sound, videos requested after an alarm don’t show, then crash the app. As much as the service itself is very good, this app is a disaster. And no one seems to bother.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this app. I’ve called tech support and it’s a complete joke. I’ve gotten absolutely no help. They keep telling me the problem is fixed and nothing has been done.
