In the browser it won't save my recordings that are longer than a minute and 30 seconds. This problem just started happening before that I was recording fine.
can.t log in to do my podcast. no reset of password reply to my request.
When accessing podcast through link, only the trailer plays, but not the one episode we recorded.
App keeps crashing when I'm recording. Weird question mark below my latest episodes.
Mic doesn't work when I invite someone to the recording
Have not been able to properly release episodes on either of my feeds. The episode says it's released, but no one can listen to it on RSS and it hasn't appeared on any distribution platforms such as Spotify.
Anchor app on the iphone, is not displaying analytics data under the 'audience' section in the analytics tab
I was unable to join my friend's podcast. I got the invite notification in the app, when I clicked it to join, a web page opened on my cellphones internet browser. The web page was that of my friend but there was no button or option for me to click to join the recording.
Unable to record with friends
I cannot log in to any of my Anchor accounts. Cleared cache and cookies. Browser is up to date. When you try to log in the homepage stays in place.
We recorded two separate things for our podcast. It now cannot recover the audio and I have no idea how to fix it. Causing us to have to re record the episode.
When I try to open Anchor fm online the page doesn't open after I log in. It's been like this for a week or so now. Thank you Catrin
