Hello the app keeps prompting me to download Navan. Even with the software up to date it’s still prompting the screen every time I open the app.

iOS crashes when trying to make changes to flights (lots of user posts on this same issue). This is not a processing delay. App becomes non-responsive permanently.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Navan app issues:

Force Stop the Navan App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Navan app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Navan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navan App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Navan app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Navan.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Navan » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
