Please check for bug, because Inhave not been able to log in at all since a month ago.. I have reset my paswword many times and nothing. Also uninstalled app and installl again, and nothing. Please really look into this, I use FleetSmartHub to keep track of any unusual activity usage. Thank you

I’ve had to reset my password to login for months now. FleetSmartHub worked great for awhile but now it is difficult to login, I constantly have to reset my password even when this has happened 10+ times and I’ve wrote it down several to be sure. Also this makes it difficult to pay as I can’t login on the go and has also created issues with that. I honestly just can’t believe how long it’s been with no resolve from a company that does FleetSmartHub for a lot of gas stations. Will be looking for anyone who uses a different app I’m completely fed up with this one.

Never logs me in after multiple attempts. I have to call almost every month to get the to reset it so I can pay. This has been an issue for years and they do r care they just shut off your cards and won’t let me auto pay either

FleetSmartHub, website, or operator is literally garbage. I've reset my password several times, and it says the password is incorrect. They blocked my payment at the bank because it appeared as fraud. I've been trying to resolve this for a week and I can't even access my account to find out the number, since you need the number to resolve anything. It's the worst card operator I've ever used, by far the worst!!

I would not recommend dealing with Wex. Terrible archaic system. Does not allow you to manage from FleetSmartHub , you have to use a desktop/laptop to be able to log in then will work for 2-3 months and require you to go to a desktop/laptop and re-register. Customer service is good and the people seem like genuine people however wait times are unacceptable.

I have deleted and downloaded FleetSmartHub several times and still have issues. New phone and app still doesn’t work. It would be nice to monitor my account while on the road. It runs slow and at times does not allow me log in at all.

I’ve uninstalled and installed time and time again and FleetSmartHub no longer works outside of the initial login. It just sits on the spinning/thinking icon and my cards are missing. Tech support told me to update to latest release of iOS, but this also did not work.

I depend on FleetSmartHub because I’m constantly on the go as a fleet manager, Please provide a solution to your customers.

FleetSmartHub logged me out, when I log back in with the correct password it said s invalid password. Where is the forgot password? I mean it is t forgotten, but this will help. Where is the option! Then when you call your transferred to so many people just for log in help.

I don’t like the fact that you can’t add more than 1 account. You have to log out and log back into an account instead of having access to multiple when you’re in FleetSmartHub

Was a great app for Shell fuel card member but recently I can not log into FleetSmartHub at all. I updated my password online but still I can not access my account on FleetSmartHub . Have to view my transactions and pay my bills on my laptop.

My bill is due on the 7th every month. I usually pay around the 1st. I couldn’t log in. I removed FleetSmartHub and added it again. Still couldn’t log in. I was going to change my login but then I went to the website and it worked fine. It looked like I paid until today when I got an email saying payment past due. I should’ve checked my account after paying. I would’ve seen the payment never went through. So today on the 15th I tried FleetSmartHub and now it works. There should’ve been an email sent out saying FleetSmartHub is down. I see on the 7th other people said they couldn’t log in either.

I can’t login on FleetSmartHub but online I can. Been having this problem for quite some time. Also why isn’t there an auto pay option ?! it’s 2022 and my card gets suspended because we forget to pay. 🤷‍♂️

I have multiple Wex cards and have to log out and log in to each one - there’s need to be an ability to see all cards under one business I.e. Gulf Exxon Mobil etc.

I loved FleetSmartHub until it refuses to log me in with error 401. No provision to reset password or anything. Have uninstalled and installed repeatedly to no avail.

So far we are happy with FleetSmartHub, but I wish FleetSmartHub had AutoPay option, during these busy days some days you might forget to schedule for your payment and got a late payment reported to the credit bureau!

I wish I did not have to log the password every time I need to look at something. It’s great otherwise.

Qt: has always been my favorite place to due business at: always have good people’s working in their stores.

Let’s me pay bills and manage cards from my phone which is helpful when I’m out of office. Interface is easy to use.

FleetSmartHub is great for someone running a small fleet. User-friendly and very informative.

FleetSmartHub freezes while navigating from tab to tab.
