I’ve had to reset my password to login for months now. The app worked great for awhile but now it is difficult to login, I constantly have to reset my password even when this has happened 10+ times and I’ve wrote it down several to be sure. Also this makes it difficult to pay as I can’t login on the go and has also created issues with that. I honestly just can’t believe how long it’s been with no resolve from a company that does the app for a lot of gas stations. Will be looking for anyone who uses a different app I’m completely fed up with this one.

This app, website, or operator is literally garbage. I've reset my password several times, and it says the password is incorrect. They blocked my payment at the bank because it appeared as fraud. I've been trying to resolve this for a week and I can't even access my account to find out the number, since you need the number to resolve anything. It's the worst card operator I've ever used, by far the worst!!

I would not recommend dealing with Wex. Terrible archaic system. Does not allow you to manage from the app, you have to use a desktop/laptop to be able to log in then will work for 2-3 months and require you to go to a desktop/laptop and re-register. Customer service is good and the people seem like genuine people however wait times are unacceptable.
