View Logs option not working. Giving an error that says that the selected date is before the driver’s account was added, which isn’t true. That drivers account has been active for several years. When I called support to find out why that page isn’t working, their reply was that it’s not supposed to work and if I want to see logs, I have to look on the desktop website, which is obviously bull crap. Why would the developers waste time creating a page and error message that wasn’t meant to be there in the first place? Poor excuse for poor performance.

- where assets gone?? App not tracking assets
- stop stop stop combining vehicles to the group on the map, that is ridiculous, show all units separately on a map, I tired to see numbers , you have to scroll to see bird flight high to see your truck number
- where maintenance records can be added ????
What point of MotiveFleet for fleet manager without ability to manage fleet
- very very poor and basic functionality
- driver profile why not showing what truck he on and what trailer he using (when you clicking on truck you able to see driver, but why no option in opposite

They offer you a service for 3 years, they charge you in advance and if you are not satisfied with the products, they do not return your money anymore

Hi l, I’m a new client, and purchased two gateway devices for my 2 trucks one is working and the other stop functioning the same day was installed on 1/10/22, since then I’m been trying to get the unit replaced and until today 1/28/22 they only has giving me false statements that they will get it replaced and sent to me, and I’m been calling and sending Emails trying to solve this problem and no one has really done something, they don’t care and don’t understand that on trucking business time is money, which I’m been loosing every day because of this issue, keep truckin has a very poor costumer service and they don’t care if your business is in trouble financially speaking because of their lack efficiency, I guess they don’t care because I’ve already paid a full year of service. Please be aware of hiring them or getting service with them!

Our fleet recently signed on with KT after trialing multiple providers. The KT Fleet app launched within our trial and was something we knew we needed from our ELD provider. MotiveFleet is new and still has features to be desired, however even in v1 stage it’s an absolutely game-changing tool for our fleet managers to have.

Feature suggestions:
- show last active/ most recent driver on truck list (currently it only shows the driver name if they are on-duty.. otherwise it will just show truck #). This becomes confusing if you have many trucks.

- Search a driver by their name in MotiveFleet even if they aren’t currently on-duty. Currently only on-duty drivers are searchable, which means you can’t look up a drivers logs, last location, or even contact them while they are off duty/ in sleeper.

- on the default view of the map(shows entire USA), it groups all your trucks by location and creates a cluster icons to show you how many trucks you have within an area. I understand this is for the purpose of not having an overwhelming amount of individual truck dots on the map, however the location grouping is a bit deceiving. It will have an icon with x number over California, making it appear that x trucks are in Cali... however when you zoom in, the individual truck icons start dispersing from the numbered cluster and appear in a variety of states (all on the west coast, but not just Cali as the icon made it appear). Perhaps cluster by state or just make the individual truck dots smaller.

- dashcam harsh event footage review would be amazing (similar to how it appears in the driver app). However right now it’s still accessible for fleet managers on mobile through email alerts & the KT website.

I’m excited to see where the KT team continues to take this. Keep up the great work KT!!

It’s good to view drivers. Is that the only feature? It would be nice to be able to add new drivers.
