[Solved] My video starts and stops constantly, and I have a good connection. Never had this before the app.
[Solved] The acellus app goes to a white screen, and gets off. I am using a kindle fire from amazon.
im doing javascrip and when i go to type in code after some lines the entire thing crashes
The App keeps login me out of the app. It crashes
it keeps getting off the app and on my Chromebook computer it keeps freezing

App not loading up, force closes after 1 second.
I am using A kindle fire, but my thing goes to a white screen, and gets itself off.
The acellus app on my iPhone keeps blinking on and off and the screen is black.
Everytime I try to login to acellus through google chrome it shows this blank white screen on my laptop.
I recently updated the app for Mac OS 10.15.7 and can’t open the app. I look now and it says that Mac OS 11.0 is required. I was able to use the app until the app updated itself and now it won’t work.
It won't let me see the parent dashboard. It only shows me the billing section & if I try to go to the parent dashboard, it brings me to some Acellus website & logs me out. This happens on both my Android phone & my desktop computer.
Acellus won't let me sign in. It crashed, and then it would not let me in, and my mom has tried signing in to the parent side, and it won't work for her either. Did Acellus Academy crash?
it crashes with out an error message about 10 seconds after it opens
I keep trying to set up goldkey and it keeps telling me " unable to open link " on the app for my phone.
The Accellus app on a brand new ipad will not allow me to print the lessons. It tells me admin130.accellus.com, that the app doesnt work with it on the ipad. It works on the desktop with windows. HELP
Hi, After downloading the program on to my child's laptop, when she logs into a lesson, she is unable to click on an answer. It works fine on my desk top and on the ipad. Perhaps there are some settings that I need to change on her laptop?? Not sure what the issue is.
