I've purchased a house at 31 Mowbray River Rd, Mowbray, QLD 4877, with a Sungrow system SG8K-D however the previous owners left zero information. When I try to register the equipment on my new profile this error message keeps occurring: "This device is associated with a plant under other accounts. Please select other devices or delete the device from other plants. If the problem persists after the above operations, please contact Customer Service". the previous owners are not contactable anymore and I want to register the device to my new isolarcloud account. We need assistance with device deleted from the previous ownership and once removed, I will be able to attach the plant to my profile. Regards Susan Martin +61 44 747 2227
Buongiorno. Ho un'impianto fotovoltaico con batteria di accumulo istallato con la SOLY. Ho cambiato router della Vodafone con riconfigurazione di tutti i dispositivi collegati. Non riesco però a modificare la password, a suo tempo impostato dall'istallatore, per comunicare con il mio impianto e visionarne il funzionamento. Rimango in attesa di assistenza o indicazioni in merito. Saluti.

Since about a week or so the weather data isn’t visible on the app… please fix it

I guess since the last update the App doesn’t refresh the data fast as before. Takes mostly more then 30 min for new data.

Earlier version showed a very good picture of what is being produced. Where the energy is going, being used, stored or fed back to grid.
The new one just tells a full production amount and consumption amount. More focused on CO2 emissions.
