The reason why it goes up when your near your smoke detector is that it has americium a slightly radioactive element which send electrical spurts when high levels of carbon dioxide and you get the idea, I don't want to explain how fire alarms work just that they have some radiation

Free app works well for ghost hunting really accurate physics when improvement I would like to see is a notification when there’s a sudden change in your EMF otherwise very great app I would recommend it to a buddy

I just downloaded this app and if the reading on the meter is correct, which I cannot prove, but the app itself is immensely easy to use especially for someone who is technically challenged and I love the simple design. No frills. Two thumbs up!
