Hi, I placed an online order through CHeBA Hut app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through CHeBA Hut , you have the authority to process the refund back to my card. AppReview: the first time I used it things were ok, but when I removed app by accident and tried to get it back, my phone number kept preventing me from getting back into my account with it saying it’s already been used. No way around it even if pass and stuff was saved through Apple.
Salads: if you order a sub as a salad option, be warned their salads are more like a “nug” size or less of the sandwich ingredients put to the side of a dry salad. Wife and I have ordered salad a few times each within last couple weeks, but all we get are tiny ingredient offerings (ie a tuna is two scoops to the side and no dressing even if requested, a meatball comes with a few pieces in a tiny sauce container).
Subs are excellent, but you get robbed on salads.

Once I got a new phone and tried to log in again, the app would prompt me to enter my phone number. Once I did, it would say that the number is already taken. There’s no way out of this screen, so the app is completely useless at this point 🤷♂️ Hope this gets patched if there’s anyone who reads the reviews!

First time I used it, I ordered from the “closest” location, turns out it was 10 mins and 5 miles farther away than my actual closest location.
Second time I directly picked the closest location, but made mistake of letting it give me directions. Sent me to an entirely wrong location and took me 20 minutes longer to get my now soggy food.
To reproduce this error, select Tempe location, show in map shows it at correct location. then select directions, Apple Maps is opened with a location labeled “Tempe” in middle of Mesa.
Also doesn’t let you order combos, so I have to pay twice, once in app then at pickup for chips and drinks.
