Wouldn’t know what the shoes are like since FitMyFoot won’t even let me order. I can say for sure that FitMyFoot itself is a dumpster fire

My shoe size is 7. FitMyFoot measured my shoe size to be 5.5 and 6. This is completely wrong. In addition, I have high arches, which were confirmed by all the podiatrists I saw. Their app said my arches were average. Glad I didn’t order anything based on their measurements.

I uploaded my photos over a week ago and FitMyFoot says they are still reviewing them. Is it really taking that long?

I have purchased multiple pairs of insoles and am generally very pleased. Thinking of buying a pair of sandals now. Unfortunately, the latest update of FitMyFoot only has “Profile” and “Help” and a button to refer a friend. No longer possible to see the products, much less buy anything.
iPad app is the same/just as bad.
Why would I refer a friend to an app that does not work?
Is this company going out of business?

If there’s an issue with your order, beware. No one is getting back to me from the company. I’ve uploaded the photos to FitMyFoot , FitMyFoot says it has my photos and they’re being printed, but nothing else. It’s been 5 days and the pictures are still in the first stage of processing. They’re not being printed, and I cannot find out why because no one from Wiivv has answered my emails or phone calls.

I tried to go through the picture taking process and my app crashed twice. Not going to waste my time anymore. Total disappointment as I wanted to buy these.

App says it has my photos but won't tell me anything about them. Website says I haven't made a foot profile and says I should use an app to make one that FitMyFoot Store says doesn't exist in my region. I never got an email with my results, either. What am I supposed to do with any of this? I'm certainly not ordering from anywhere with this kind of shoddy service.

Don’t notice a difference between using the insoles and not. They’re pricey as well

It seems simple, but FitMyFoot makes it really hard to take pictures.

Said my shoe size was 8 & 8.5 all my shoes are 9.5-10. I wish app was correct and my feet were smaller.

If your not buying their sandals this is a waste of your time

Downloaded app, said it was free, and would measure my feet. FitMyFoot definitely collected all the data and says it has it saved, but no information on size or arches is available to be seen and used. The 3 choices in FitMyFoot are Profile, shop, and help. None of which have anything useful listed such as size measurements or how to see your size measurements. I guess it’s all internal since even in the shop section the only choice I have is custom sandal with no size or foot options to see or choose from.

I was very excited to order custom sandals for this summer. FitMyFoot makes the photo taking process very easy....until the photos won’t upload :( After taking pictures and loading for over an hour, I finally give up. I’m sad I won’t be ordering a pair of sandals-back to the podiatrist I go.

The camera function for foot profiling worked once after ten attempts and app restarts and I had to retake my measurements a second time after submitting the pictures!
Camera needs to be reviewed and fixed ASAP!

Getting custom insoles has never been easier, FitMyFoot walks you through as you snap a series of photos of your feet. You are able to customize your insoles from design to fit and in less than a week have 3-D printed custom insoles at your doorstep! Fantastic.

Great app and simple to navigate. I’m on my feet all day so insoles are a must. These are definitely the best pair I’ve owned! The last pair of custom insoles I had were 3 times the price and these seem to help my back pain a lot better. They are also a great gift to give!

I just completed my profile and the personal mapping for my feet. I am anxiously awaiting my insoles and custom colors I picked, and my name will be on them!!

I didn’t have any problems with FitMyFoot . Did just as it said and not only received my insoles fast but they fit and felt like a dream. Matter-of-fact they felt so good I’m going to purchase some more. One little extra they do that’s cool is put your name on the 3d printed part.

I had plantar fasciitis in one foot so I need slightly different support for each foot. My first 3/4 insoles I wore for 2 years - great fit. Then got the full size insoles which were even more comfortable. Later I tried the sandals - far more comfortable than any other sandal I have tried. Highly recommended!

FitMyFoot is super simple to use and its a very streamlined process. I love that it’s something I can do completely from home and it allows to me to get insoles that make a huge difference in my comfort without having to pay hundreds of dollars

I ordered the 3/4 size at first, and I guess I knew I shouldn’t. I need full foot support but have had success with a smaller support. First one came was way too small and rubbed blisters on the bottom of my foot. I contacted the company and they are replacing with a full length set! What a great company! Will buy from again in future.
