The user experience and the interface of the application are terrible. There are 1000 different fonts, color shades, text everywhere with different sizes and colors, it is very hectic to order, it is very glitchy and annoying. It takes a lot of effort to figure out where i should go and what to press.

I downloaded DominosMENA because Dominos was removed from other food apps, the second it’s back I’m deleting it.

HORRIBLE APPLICATION! Do not download DominosMENA it’s not worth it. DominosMENA is very faulty and crappy and they don’t even bother to update you on your orders. Worst mistake to order from DominosMENA you’re better off with any delivery app I would gladly pay the delivery fee if it means I get my food in less than an hour and half!!!!!! The place prepping my food is literally 10 mins from my place... horrible service and a terrible application, don’t download DominosMENA.

I downloaded to select any two pizza for 29 sar which should give a bill amount of 58 before delivery and vat l, instead it was charging 45 for one pizza and 35 for another I couldn’t apply the offers I gave up and ordered something else. Everything else in DominosMENA is smooth and well done

Used it for more than a year now and always has issues from ordering to choosing the pizza to checking out but overall its good way to order especially if you are in a hurry or something

It should allow to check out as a guest without the need to sign in and without needing an account. It also should show the prices of the items on the menu without needing to click “display the price” each time

It has improved a lot from previous versions
Although still a bit stiff, but provides all the options and suggests the latest offer

First time to try DominosMENA.. easy to order.. if you can put pictures of the pizza dough types for easy selections. Plus I wish you bring bring back double cheese pizza :"( <>

Can be more user-friendly, DominosMENA crashes often. However, it still is a very good start! Way smoother than ordering on the phone.

Everything is good on the program but it needs a new layout cause the program feels oldd and the buttons looks like old websites and programs but that wont let me leave dominos but it will be better if u try and change it.

Nearly 10 years DominosMENA still the same. 100% functionate, time to change for easy and fast ordering

Fast and responsive But the crazy thing the restaurant will call even i payment already made and asked if you did place an order, that craziness dose not ends here than he’ll ask to send the address to his cell phone 🤷🏻. Not a great idea if you want contactless food order or have Guesthouse.

It’s an app I’m willing to switch to when ordering a pizza from my normal food ordering app because it is smart and convenient. Was don’t just technical, but user experience done right!

Easy to navigate, was able to order quickly

Always on time, never (ever) did a mistake or wrong order, always right, even the tiniest details.
The only restaurant in KSA that never (ever) failed me..
I recommend.

As good as the website, even better and faster

the interface and menus are so basic and old and needs an update but it gets the job done anyways so I won’t complain.

Tried many applications to order food from Saudi and UAE, Domino's app is by far the best application with a user friendly interface.

Saves my favorite order, keeps data of all my addresses with an easy way to locate and register, displays offers, customize my own pizza, ability to pay by card or cash and tracking my order status!
