They only give false claims and take money from you. RM and their managers all involved in the scam. No escalations help.
Horrible customer care

Horrible customer care, I tried calling customer care from USA and described the problem. The lady was super rude and didn’t understand the problem and disconnected. The problem was simple as I was not able to edit profile. After this experience I am just deleting the profile and uninstalling BengaliMatrimony .

When u are unpaid customers the officials will be literally after u with calls and messages.Once you pay they don’t do what is promised.Its just a money minting business.Horrible customer service.
