So, I’m guessing I’m the only American who’s bought the oven and uses the app? How else to explain the lack of the English system of measures in recipes? Otherwise, I’d guess that the developers were either lazy or resentful of the fact that Americans (and many Brits) refuse to use the metric system. So, my suggestion is to quit trying to make a political statement and, instead, be respectful of the people paying large sums of money for your product. Otherwise, the app is actually very nice. But the recipe format is a real thorny problem.

The dough calculator has some confusing information. For the field “Proof Hours” is that Total proof or just the room temperature proof? I first entered it as just the room temp proof, but then I opened the information button and it describes the “Proof Hours” as the combined times?
It would be better to have more precise increments in selecting the time as 18 to 24 is a big jump.
No search/bookmark

The dough calculator and instructional videos are a huge help. I’d give 5 stars if there were a way to save/bookmark/search recipes in the app. I know I’ll mostly use the oven for pizza, but it would be nice to have the option to do a quick search or spend an afternoon looking at recipes and save the interesting ones for quick reference.
Added one more star after the new changes to the app. The recipes are in categories now. Very helpful!
