- I have been using the Wink News app for over a year. I loved it, until this latest update. Now I can’t get any sound.

- For some reason it opens in mute and the mute button in the upper right corner will not unmute.

- This morning you never reported that President Trump was at the real Texas border discussing the crisis.

- You were too busy talking about the Trump Organization being charged by the left wing N. Y. attorney on charges that are all political.

To resolve WINK News network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WINK News App
1. On android, goto Settings » WINK News » click [Force Stop]

Clear WINK News App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WINK News » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WINK News.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WINK News » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WINK News » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WINK News
