Ok, I love the concept of the OV Valet payment fob, but there are no banks that you can directly use, and to really use it, you must sign up for a OV MasterCard Debit, then you’re going to charge me 1.9 percent to transfer money to the OV MasterCard Debit.
This is for something that was purchased, yet you want to make a percentage for all of my purchases (yes, by charging me a 1.9 percent charge up fee, you’re making money from my purchases).
You talked about getting users banks ready for the device while in development quite some time ago, but I don’t see any list of pre-authorized banks anywhere that the key fob can use.
I’ll update to a higher rating if things change for the better.
I purchased the fob specifically to use it for payments using my credit cards. Turns out can only use their debit card which I have to pay every time money is loaded. Kind of a scam. Every time I send a message to ask when the credit cards will be able to use for payment and I either get no response or I am told it will activate in a few months. That was a year ago. Can’t return it now. So I charge it every few months and wait for this thing to actually do what it says in their ads.
I know OVLoop is still in beta, but it seems like it was a repurposed app that was once used for headphones. The setup instructions cover pairing for earbuds, not the valet. The level of shadiness of this alone made me nervous to provide my banking info and now I’m not overly happy I supported this project. Deleted my account and OVLoop , not sure what I’m doing with the Valet. Trash, I guess.
I haven’t been able to find the audio settings which was what I liked about OVLoop . I’m so lost to the point I hate this expensive headset now. Please help me figure it out.
Works pretty good, I use it while riding my bike, voice commands on the headset make it easy to change the music without pulling out my phone or having wires dangling. Integrated with Siri too so u get all the normal commands in addition to the Ov commands. Haven’t used the wallet and offers features but the chat works smooth
The OV Pro headset and the OV Loop app save me so much time during the day. From jumping between client calls, video meetings and answering client text messages, it easily cuts the time I would be spending in half.
So easy to use, works with all my voice assistants, and the fact I can see and hear my texts is fantastic

I just got my headset and I love OVLoop . I can set my audio levels and save them and Talk to Alexa with it. So useful for when I'm driving!
