So standard delivery time on Pysznepl for Good Burger in was shown to be 45mins. I ordered food and paid for it with my credit card and it jumped up to 90mins. I waited out there for 30mins past the time Pysznepl said the food would be there and I contacted customer service TWICE. They never got back to me about my food and it was already 20mins past the time Good Burger was closed. I checked Pysznepl and Pysznepl told me that I got my food delivered and to “Enjoy”.. Never got my food AND was charged.
This is the second time i waited more than 20mins outside for my delivery but this is the first time i never actually got my food i PAID for.
Horrible experience and NEVER using Pysznepl again. Would not recommend to anyone because it’s been 2 days and customer service never got back to me.

I ordered twice and both times never got my food. I’m taking care of someone at a hospital and can’t leave. I sat outside for 2+ hours waiting and never got it. There’s no way of contacting nor properly tracking the delivery person. All I got for 2 hours was “your order will arrive shortly”. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

The credit card transactions wouldn’t go through, I ended up ordering in cash. Then the cards went through but after weeks of emails they would only reverse one of the charges.
Horrible payment system, non-existent customer service.
Uber Eats is better.

The delivery tracking is horrible. It will say the food is getting here in 90 minutes then it gets here in 20 but I’m not notified when it arrives early.

If you’re looking for the most vague receipts, incorrect restaurant phone numbers and order confirmations and completely inaccurate delivery times, then Pysznepl is for you. Every single time I had used Pysznepl I had issues. Horrible.

Aplikacja wywaliła błąd, odesłała na maila żebym sobie sprawdził czy zamówienie poszło, na mailu pusto. Po 10 minutach jak już prawie zrobiłem nowe zamówienie obudziła się że zamówienie w realizacji.
Do dupy z taką aplikacją, lepiej zamawiać przez stronę.

hi, i ordered food by use Pysznepl and paid online on 3-11-2018, it was showing the restaurant still open so i ordered but i didn’t get my order, in the second day i called the restaurant and informed them about my order , they told me that it was only 15 minutes to close so that they couldn’t do my order and wanted me to contact with customer services in Pysznepl to return me my money, so i contact 2 times customer service (by mail) but i didn’t get and response.
