So standard delivery time on the app for Good Burger in was shown to be 45mins. I ordered food and paid for it with my credit card and it jumped up to 90mins. I waited out there for 30mins past the time the app said the food would be there and I contacted customer service TWICE. They never got back to me about my food and it was already 20mins past the time Good Burger was closed. I checked the app and the app told me that I got my food delivered and to “Enjoy”.. Never got my food AND was charged.
This is the second time i waited more than 20mins outside for my delivery but this is the first time i never actually got my food i PAID for.
Horrible experience and NEVER using this app again. Would not recommend to anyone because it’s been 2 days and customer service never got back to me.

I ordered twice and both times never got my food. I’m taking care of someone at a hospital and can’t leave. I sat outside for 2+ hours waiting and never got it. There’s no way of contacting nor properly tracking the delivery person. All I got for 2 hours was “your order will arrive shortly”. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

The credit card transactions wouldn’t go through, I ended up ordering in cash. Then the cards went through but after weeks of emails they would only reverse one of the charges.
Horrible payment system, non-existent customer service.
Uber Eats is better.
