It’s worth the price

Long long time ago, when I was in college, I went to one pilates class. It was one of the most boring experiences in my life. I almost fell asleep during the session, so I decided that maybe I’ll come back to this kind of activities when I’m on pension. But now I’m over 30 and all my friends are talking about pilates and yoga. Seriously, I think that all of them are going to one of these classes, comparing, discussing... I felt a bit abandoned in these conversations and as I had had terrible experience with pilates, I decided to try out yoga. But again, I didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of people, so I had to come up with another way. One of my friend’s yoga teacher showed her LotusFlow to practice between in-person classes so I downloaded it as well. At first, I completed a few sessions available in the free version, but upgrading it to pro is still much cheaper than 2 or 3 classes in studio, so I did it. And then the magic happened. I wouldn’t expect that I’ll ever be so into yoga, but now I can’t survive a day without it. I just feel so good after each session that I don’t want to get off the mat. Maybe one day I’ll follow my friends and go to studio, but at the moment I’m so happy with Lotus and I wouldn’t exchange it to any other app.

Very relaxing

I’ve been to a few real yoga classes and I’m not sure was it because of the teacher, the place, or just me feeling uncomfortable due to my inflexibility, but it just didn’t work for me. But I really wanted to improve. At the same time, I wanted to start meditating and centering my mind due to anxiety. I’ve been looking for something that will help me with both these subject and then I found Lotus. At first, I was practicing twice a week (one yoga session and meditation). But “thanks to” lockdown I had plenty of time, so I decided to upgrade to pro version and use it every day. I’m not claiming it was easy, cause even with all this free time, it was often hard to find motivation, but on the other hand I thought “come on, you can do at least these 10 minutes” and day by day, yoga and meditation became a part of my life. Now I don’t think about it as a workout, something that I need to do. It’s rather a reward, a treat to my mind and body. What I love most about Lotus yoga, is that I feel motivated, thanks to the calendar and reminders but at the same time I don’t feel pressure. I’m not upset if I skip one day, cause next day, it will be still in my pocket, ready to lead me into my relaxing world. I love yoga and I Love LotusFlow.

DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

If you are thinking about starting doing yoga, but you don’t have enough time/motivation/possibility/money to go to studio, LotusFlow will definitely work for you. Moreover, sometimes it’s even better than a studio! It’s so well done - the voiceover person says just enough and is just encouraging enough without being an over the top “online fitness coach” type. The videos are simple and easy to follow, but the voice is also enough to guide you through the movements without having to look at the screen. There are several playlists and they are really well composed, it’s modern music that fits my taste and is not distracting (I hate for example songs with lyrics as it’s extremely distracting and some other apps didn’t pay attention to that detail). The flexibility to choose between a ton of different time lengths, types of practice and levels is amazing and in contrast to some “compose your own class” apps (usually these sequences turn out to be a bit... weird ) they are well thought and flows match the descriptions perfectly. Really, really great and I’ve done a lot of online workouts .. this is the closest thing to an actual yoga class that I’ve found.

The latest update is absolutely awesome

Recently I’m in a place without any yoga community so I tried out several yoga apps. This one is simple and elegant, and with a focus on improving your practice. Never boring and easy to grow your skill. I feel it’s really aimed at people who really want to practice yoga as an integral part of wellness, instead of just another type of superficial workout. The guiding voice is so soothing and I keep it on to take advantage of the timely reminders to self-correct. The videos are good quality and show the transitions between the poses clearly. And, required for me, you can download sequences to use offline. It is not overwhelming with unnecessary bells and whistles. LotusFlow is a delight for beginners as well and is a great introduction (or re-introduction) for those who may not have recently been on the mat. The latest update made LotusFlow even clearer and easier to use. I think that videos with different teachers, in different places brought a wind freshness. The one thing I could recommend may be adding some outdoor sessions. But overall, this has been the first yoga app I have stuck with since I’m not able to participate in regular yoga classes. Thank you!

Life Defining

I am a plus-sized woman who lost much strength over a period of time from childbirth and has been making sincere efforts to get my strength back. So, I installed the 7 minutes workout app initially, to put me on course. This took place a few months ago. Although LotusFlow was successful in putting me through my paces, I began using the daily yoga app several times weekly. The daily routine has yielded amazing results. The muscle tones which I last saw in my teens are getting back, accompanied with tremendous strength levels. Anyone who needs a low impact workout routine to gain muscles and strength should try this out. It is an assured workout scheme that comes with lots of fun. For starters, I suggest you try the 5-day beginner's package. If it turns out to meet your expectations, you can try an extra week to your choice or simply go for the gold pro package. You will experience tons of classes and programs by accessing the pro package. I have reached several milestones in yoga and I am really having the time of my life. I never thought I would get to a point where yoga will stick with me.

New update is terrible/buggy.

I’ve had LotusFlow for quite a bit now, I paid for premium ages ago and up until recently it was worth it. They released a large update with new classes and instructors which was nice but got rid of classes I liked and while annoying at first, I got over it. That’s not the biggest issue this now has. Mind you premium was/is $50, which I agreed to pay for the old version of LotusFlow . This new version you’re lucky if you make it though half a class without a glitch or the whole app just crashing. I’ve reached out to the makers and was told just to restart LotusFlow , which does nothing. It’s incredibly hard to focus and enjoy a yoga class when I have to stop and attempt to fix the buggy new update every few minutes. I would say 9 times out of 10 I have to spend a good 20 minutes restarting a class to see if I can get it to play past where it froze the previous time. I’ve tried using a different device. I’ve tried on and off the WiFi. There is just no fixing it and no help from creators of LotusFlow . So sad because this was one of my favorite yoga apps and now I’m feeling like I need to find a new one after paying so much for this. PLEASE consider working out the bugs of this new update and not just ignoring the issue after you’ve gotten money from people!

Great update

I’m into yoga for quite a while, but because of household and family duties I neglected regular workouts... I came across Lotus yoga a few months ago and I remembered how wonderful it is to relax by stretching and breathing. LotusFlow was recently updated and now I love it even more. There is a separate category for women, including mom classes, which is just perfect. The recent events and lockdown was a stressful time for everybody, so I thought: Why not to do yoga with my family? I started doing beginner classes with them and I must say, it’s so much fun. Some poses are really challenging, I wouldn’t suspect! Workouts aren’t boring or monotonous, even my 9 yo son enjoys them. LotusFlow keeps us motivated as I assign classes to particular days and hours, so there’s no excuse. I think it’s user friendly, everything is clearly categorized and I don’t have problem with finding what I need. Whatever it sounds, LotusFlow really has changed our lives. We could stay active while staying at home and keep calm, which is extremely important now.

Absolutely stunning

I found LotusFlow really helpful when it comes to relaxation. I’ve got a pretty stressful job and I can’t describe how happy I am, that my friend advised me Lotus Yoga. I like the calm voice (not automatic!), nice music and the atmosphere. The instructions are clear and it’s overall easy to use. Luckily I can take a break and every day sneak out for a 15-20 mins yoga session. My favorite feature of LotusFlow is activity tracker. I can see in which days did I work out, how much time did I spend on yoga and which classes did I enter. It makes me pretty motivated (and proud) to see that I have worked out for over 50 hours. And I don’t need to swipe over hundreds of classes if I liked something. I can also add these things to the “favorites” folder (no better way to stay organized!). I believe it’s suitable for any level. I started from 0 and I’m still rather at the beginning of my yoga journey, but I’m excited to get better every day. Isuch a tiny change in my life, but at the same time it’s so much better now.

Yoga for everyone

I have been using LotusFlow for almost 2 years, and while I have not been as consistent as I like, I ALWAYS feel so good after getting back to it. If you are like me and find doing a full hour in a studio, getting out to the studio, etc to be too much of a barrier to entry, then this is LotusFlow for you! So great to be able to lower the time to 10-15 mins so that it removes all excuses that we feed ourselves. I renewed this year and it makes so much sense to give them around $40 for the whole year (as many classes as I want!) when it costs at least that much for two studio classes. Now I convinced my partner to work out with me so we display classes on TV and enjoy them together. I’m very grateful to Lotus team that they implemented videos with male yogis – that was my final argument that yoga is not only for girls Developers, maybe you can think also about yoga for kids or seniors – that would make whole families and generations enjoy this beautiful activity.

Hate the new version

I absolutely LOVED the old version of LotusFlow, I used it everyday. I started using LotusFlow as a total beginner and it helped me progress to intermediate level. The classes were really beginner friendly, you could preview the poses, had a countdown of how long the pose was being held, it was relaxing and easy to follow. The class titles were easy to tell what the class was going to focus on. The instructor was easy to follow and had nice, calming voice. I loved that there was very little talking. I loved the simplicity of it. The new version is none of that. The class names are stupid and you can’t tell what the class is about because they are things like “better than coffee.” Because of the angle of the camera, you can’t tell what the position is fully supposed to look like, which could cause injury. With the old version, I was doing intermediate classes. I tried a couple of the new beginners classes and it was very difficult for me, the new beginners classes are definitely not for beginners. I don’t know why the developers decided to ruin a good thing. They were already the best reviewed app out there and rightfully so. They won’t be anymore after this update. I will be canceling my subscription and finding another app.

So far so good

LotusFlow is really helpful for weight loss. I’m not a fan of jumping or intensive workouts. Also, I frequently suffer from back pains as I sit a lot at work. Yoga helped me to get active, sooth my pains and loose some extra pounds. I feel much better with myself. I admit, I’m not a sporty type, but LotusFlow made me realize that I don’t need to run 5 miles a day to stay active. I must admit though that some poses are pretty difficult, but with time I got used and now I can do them with my eyes closed. Especially that explanations are really easy to follow. I also really like the design. It’s clean, transparent and well organized. As I can see LotusFlow is evolving in a right direction, making it really pleasant to use. I also hate all these cheap tricks that other apps use to make people subscribe LotusFlow “for free” (and at the end they pay so much more). I’ve never seen something like that in Lotus. It’s a trustable and clear application. I’m really glad that I downloaded this it.

Very very helpful

LotusFlow is so instructive, good for those with anxiety. The basic woman’s voice is very calming; she says where to place body parts for the poses as well as tells you where you should be feeling/exerting pressure. Totally confident I’m doing the poses correctly and I can avoid the embarrassment and anxiety of a class environment. A good way to start practicing a little a day with timed routines, I use it in replace of traditional stretching. The price per month/year is cheap for how much is on here. Beginners have more to gain obviously but just a week of two of 20 mins a day of the free content should be convincing of the value. First thing I’ve done after purchasing pro version, I signed up for a 3 weeks program. That way, I was really careful not to skip any session and at the and it became my habit. Now I automatically turn on LotusFlow almost every day and I always try to squeeze at least 5 minutes in my daily routine. And I feel great about it

Incredible

We have a small yoga class at work during lunch, and on Monday our instructor didn’t show up. One of my friends mentioned LotusFlow as a great way to fit in extra sessions. I had downloaded it at her insistence, but not used it, because I’ve tried other apps and they were really awful. I was convinced I need to be a “pro” to not need an instructor. On Monday, since we had nothing to lose, I became “instructor” and played LotusFlow on a 20 minute, “For a perfect day” class. It. Was. Amazing. Seriously. The ease of setting up the type of practice, the speed, the music, the difficulty settings, and the clear, calm voice were perfect. We had an amazing session all by ourselves. It made us all realize that we could do this, no excuses, any time we had just a few spare minutes. There is no reason to wait on the instructor to practice or get healthy If I could, I would give LotusFlow 10 stars! It’s absolutely amazing.

Now I do yoga twice a day

I travel a lot for work so I’ve been using Lotus since 2018, through all the various updates and upgrades. (It’s really rocking and seamless now!) But I need and use it now more than ever during the coronavirus shut-downs and quarantines etc... the catalogue of instructors and class types is unparalleled, and it’s lovely to start each day with others I’ve come to “know” over time. I got used to open it twice a day, for short good morning and good night sessions. Sometimes of course I can’t resist the temptation, to spend some more time on a mat. I know there’s a lot of free instruction and videos on all sorts of platforms - especially now - but Lotus is what I keep coming back to. I’m more than happy to support these folks financially during a crazy time. My wish for the future is to get even more variety of teachers but I’m sure that with time new content will be added. Peace!

Fantastic!!

I love everything about LotusFlow: it’s so easy to use, all the classes are sorted into categories, and if it’s not enough, there are filters, so finding what I want takes literally seconds and I can hit the mat. Classes are downloadable, so there’s no problem if you don’t have internet connection (just make sure to download your favorite classes in advance). Apart from classes there are also programs (week, 2 or 3) that you can join, and from my experience I can say that it’s super helpful for staying motivated. I love the voiceover instructions, they are very clear and helpful and at the same time there’s no too much talking. It’s also great that at the end of any session music keeps going, and you can relax for as long as you wish. I never had any problems with LotusFlow crashing or not working properly. Overall, LotusFlow is just perfect. Well deserved 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Classes and Programs are fine, Teachers are the BEST

I've tried yoga lessons in a couple of places I've lived and only just a few times I've attended. They are expensive, moved so fast, the teacher would force me more into a position than my body was prepared for, I would be self-conscious all the time about my appearance and ability level, but I realized that it was good for my anxiety when I found a good instructor and style. So I decided to use an application and now I'm at the end of my 1 year membership and I'm so glad I did. I love LotusFlow, especially having the option of doing yoga at home at any time or any other place if I am traveling. I started with the free version and then I got a one year membership to have access to all programs and features. It has routines and programs to target different body parts, relaxation, flexibility, strength, mind, etc.

Just WOW

I love LotusFlow so much. I’m one of those people who has NO flexibility (seriously, I can’t even touch the floor with a tip of my finger when my legs are straight), and have been embarrassed to go to classes. I also start to lose focus during the “normal” 60-90 minute classes. LotusFlow allows me to set the time of the workout, select the type of yoga, if I want an extra focus on a specific body part added, what kind of music I like, the instructor’s voice..... it’s like having my own personal session each time. I have had LotusFlow for a month now and have done a 15 minutes session 20 times! I see a great improvement in my flexibility and I believe I’ll be able to touch the floor very soon I can’t tell enough how much I LOVE this. Excited to continue to work hard in the privacy of my home!!

Concerned about potential injuries

I’ve done yoga for a long time, and I thought I’d give LotusFlow a try since in-person classes are closed (as they should be) due to the pandemic. I tried one of the short, free beginner classes, and I’m pretty disappointed. There were inadequate audio cues, which are especially important considering I’m using my phone so visual cues aren’t as easy to come by.

Speaking of visual cues, the model in the video did the most advanced version of each pose, and no modification options were given. If a true beginner were to watch this video, injury would be likely unless they are young, healthy and already pretty physically fit.

Yes, of course there are limitations to offering yoga classes in this format, and I’m sure LotusFlow developers have some kind of disclaimer somewhere in LotusFlow saying to use this at your own risk, etc etc, but in my opinion it really doesn’t absolve them of the responsibility of doing a better job to prevent injury. Even yoga DVDs that were produced 10-20 years ago did a better job! I don’t recommend LotusFlow.

Stop searching, this is the best!

Lotus yoga has changed me so much. After each practice I find so much peace. I have always struggled with my eating disorder and I have found a balance with loving myself and my body with practicing yoga every day. I have had LotusFlow more then a year, may be two! I can easily say that the new version is much better than the old version there are many more teachers than the old version, and also the video quality is better and the application is easier to use. I loveThank you for perfecting such an inexpensive wonder app and hitting so many different subjects such as flexibility, menstruation, strength, meditation… I recommend LotusFlow to anyone who wants to start doing yoga at home I definitely support the paid service and love the access to entire app

Love this app!

I am extremely busy mother of 3 under 10. I am also a coach and a special education teacher. I was not a yoga person but I was feeling like I needed something to help me decompress at the end of the day and for a little me time. I love that I can choose time intervals which helps me to keep completely workouts, because I know it won’t take long if I don’t want it to. Great app. Helps keep you motivated. Helps with stress relief.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the instructors voiceovers are out of sync with the moves. For a beginning, non-yoga person, it that can be distracting. Also, I wish the ambient music would play for a few minutes more after the instructors voiceover stopped. Sometimes I like to do a few extra stretches and the music keeps me focused and is relaxing. Also I wish it would fade away instead of just cut off. But these are just my opinions.

Thank you very much

Lotus, what can I say?
LotusFlow is perfect for those who love vinyasa and hatha yoga. There are many classes for each level and the content is constantly being updated. The classes I practice most are vinyasa classes. I love fast flows. It feels great to me that the increase in heart rhythm and serenity are at the same time. I usually use it on my iPad but it is a good feature that it can be synchronized with my iPhone. I can follow my progress from both. Another great feature that I like about LotusFlow is the yoga pose library. There are poses that you can't see anywhere. The model makes these poses flawless and there is a detailed explanation for each pose. I've really never seen so many yoga poses anywhere before. Even the most difficult poses are available. Crazy!!! Maybe new videos about transitioning to these poses can be added and developed in the future. I can advise them to consider this feature. But in general, it is a mobile application that really exceeds my expectations and makes me love yoga more than before. I can recommend it to everyone.

Perfect moves, my favorite app 😇

I used updated version yesterday and I love it. Everything I don’t like in the old version has been changed and improved almost. Thank you Lotus Team for this excellent update! I was approaching the end of my 1 year membership, after using the new version, I decided to get a one year membership again 🥳.
Previous interface was a little difficult for someone who just started using the application. The current design is much easier to use, you can easily find everything you are looking for. the lessons are very well categorized. you can easily find it in the application whatever you need during the day. Search tool helps you to find whatever you are searching such as a relaxing class or flexibility tools. Really well categorized.
I loved the new yogis an yoginis but I'm sorry that the yogini in the old version is no longer in the application. I got used to practicing with her. I wish she was in the updated version. 🧐

I love this app 😍

I was going to a yoga studio before but I couldn't adapt to the class hours and then I downloaded LotusFlow. I have been using this application for 3 months. I try to practice at least three and four days a week and I can't believe my change in 3 months. I am much more flexible and stronger than before. Mentally, I feel much better. I am very happy that this application is in my life.
I was happy with the old version, but in the new version there are more types of classes and teachers. That's why I like the new update. I already found my favorite instructor 😊. Also video quality is much better than before.
In addition, the new design of the application looks much more beautiful and easier to use.
I can definitely recommend this application to people of all ages. I can say that, at the end of each yoga session you will feel the difference in how much better and more peaceful you feel.

Best yoga app, love the update !

I started practicing yoga in a yoga studio and fell in love with the exercise, but the yoga studio was far from my house. During the winter months I had to find something to complement my work. I really couldn't be happier with LotusFlow. This has everything I need to help me wake up in the morning, pour strength into my afternoon and find calm in my evening.
The search feature on LotusFlow is helpful in finding the right class for you, particularly when it comes to choosing hundreds of different ones. I love the diversity of courses, levels, class durations. The videos are straightforward, easy to hear and fun to watch.
There are many teachers in the application after the update. it is clear that they are all good and professional in their work and also new design is extremely user-friendly. I LOVE new version! :) I have suggested this to everyone I know.

Forced to Pay

Hello,

I first downloaded LotusFlow several months ago as a way to get into yoga, learn some moves and flows and eventually work up enough confidence to go into an actual studio. The version before this newest update was honestly perfect. I like that it showed how many calories you burned, I liked that it shows at the poses so you know what you are getting into. And mostly, I liked that there was a variety of free flows. With this new update, the instructors go entirely too fast for someone doing it in their home, I can’t find out what poses are in each flow, and it doesn’t tell me anything about calories, AND there were only THREE free classes!!!! I am very disappointed with this update and I feel like I was tricked into paying for something that is not as good as it once was. Sometimes some isn’t a bad thing, you went and made everything complicated and less user friendly. Very disappointed.

The yin to my yang!

I just completed my first week using LotusFlow and love it! As a yogi of 7 years I was excited to find an app that not only presents beginner and intermediate sequences, but advanced options as well. The interface is smooth and easy to use - with detailed descriptions and instructions of the poses which makes learning new asanas a breeze. Also, can we talk about the price?! At less then $2 (cheaper then a latte) I now have customizable classes and tailored programs, such as a 5 week challenge, at my fingertips. If you are just starting your yoga practice, want a a guided stretch session while at the office, or are trying to master a handstand - LotusFlow is perfect for you. 10/10 would recommend - now back to working on my inversions! Namaste.

By

Great for beginners like me 😊

I tried the easy yoga for beginners and I loved how detailed instructions it gives. You can follow everything even with your eyes closed (which I sometimes do). I also really liked the relaxing music in the background. Makes you feel peaceful. My fitness level is reasonable but I’ve just realized how limited my flexibility level is. I’m going to keep stretching with LotusFlow and increase my levels as I’m noticing some improvement after a few days. I don’t know why, but I feel a little bit sad every time a session is over and I can’t wait for the next one. I can use LotusFlow every day, even twice a day. I can really recommend it 😊.

Feeling Awesome

I’ve been using Lotus since our in-shelter and I’ve never been more impressed with any other app. Unfortunately for my old yoga studio, I think I’ll keep using it in long term. I’m so happy that I can get a great yoga workout no matter how much time do I have and whenever I can. Lotus gives me some nice stretches and challenges me at times with some balancing poses. Design of studios and the teachers are pleasant to look at. Instructions are detailed but not overwhelming. I am practicing mostly hatha moves but I can say that I try everything in LotusFlow . I purchased a year version for now, but I believe this adventure is gonna last much longer.

In love 😍

This is the first yoga app I've tested out, and love it so far! Ready-made/preset flows make it easy to jump right in and start practicing, from beginners to advanced.

Since I've been doing yoga for about 7 years, I also liked the option to create my own flow based on which poses I want to incorporate. (Definitely worth using pro for!) My favorite parts of this option are: 1) Being able to pick from a variety of poses to organize your flow, AND 2) picking key postures and using the link icon to fill in transitional poses.

Definitely recommend LotusFlow, whether you're just starting out or you're advanced and looking to boost your home practice!

Recommended!

I discovered LotusFlow about a month ago when I wasn't able to attend a yoga class. I really love it! Anytime, anywhere, I can do it and choose which yoga suits me on the day. I like the fact that I can do anything from a 5 minute session to a 60 minute class as well. LotusFlow is great for resetting my brain and body when I'm working from home during my lunch break. My back doesn't get sore anymore so I feel less stressed. You can also pick the time you want to practice. Now, I practice yoga every single day. Really good teachers for all levels. Love it! Highly recommended .

Love(d) this App

I think the update has great potential with the new design however calories are not displayed anymore, nor is the pose preview. I also miss the pose library.

I think the new models are great, even though they’re all white and hipster haha. My favorite is the curly haired short cut girl! She’s like a gazelle! I love how you guys improved the production. Please consider adding the pose library back. I also recall you guys had an actual community board on there and I can’t find it. I’m looking forward to future updates, I personally think you all are taking the right step ahead.
