Your application is the worst one I’ve ever been on. People post without have the items they posted. I waited for one seller of an ATV for 12hours without seen him or the vehicle. Why should a site allow people to just post and scam people. This is why I like a face to face conversation and business with a good police presence as an evident seek
You people should really tighten your members security of meeting a seller or a buyer for a transaction. I’m really hate that happened to me today waiting my whole day off smh 🤦‍♂️😎

if U've a million product u still not get gud returns, they overcharge the seller on their platform. U can't cover the amount spent for advert. when u complain of not recieving call from buyers or those who visits ur store on their platform, they'll tell u 2 buy a higher subscri package, when u do, the outcome is still the samelow or no patronage.i mean someone without buying anything from your store can give u a negative rating on ur store, when u complain,they'll tell 2 sub 4 bigger package

They will call you to make payment on your ad. After which you will now have to beg them to activate your ad. They respond to their chat 3-4 after you post a question to them. I don’t know if the work load is too big for them or they are just inefficient

The managers themselves are scammers. They show you huge amount to pay so that they publish your ads for a period of time ( fair play)
After paying this huge amount then they decide when to take your Ads off the platform base on their own policy called pro sales.
Blacks are too greedy, now they have the numbers they’re been greedy. They’re demanding a lot.

I have over 300 notifications highlighted in red, I can't go through all of them. I think there should be a feature to clear all notifications or mark them as read.

I like Jiji but why do I have to wait for days before you can publish my ad after I pay for it,I think this needs to be fixed and it wastes sellers time to wait for a longer period before my paid ad is published,by the time you publish it I might have already sold the item.

JijiGhana has been my 1st choice in terms on quick shopping of goods and services. The only thing that would make it more spicy is adding up the “dark mode feature”. If you’re reading this, please take this seriously and work on it for your next update🙏🙏🙏

Please arrange the ads according to the most recent. It is very annoying to have to look through a lot of ads from previous months which are not even available. Other than that it’s a good app

JijiGhana is good but when someone sends a message I only get notified in my email. I doing get the notification on phone. Which makes it hard for me. So pls fix it.

We need option to delete chats instead of only the archived option.

Provide feedback link so that we can send directly to our customers after a successful transaction so that they can rate and leave feedback without going back to my ad to do so

When this website came freshly, people complained a lot about them being scammed, but as time goes on it has been better and the best now, I got everything in my room from JijiGhana, very affordable if you do good research on whatever you buying. Don’t send money before meeting, meet dealers in public, and in your common location.. it’s a good app for people who feel lazy like me to go out lol.. all the best.. if you seeing this means you got the best app for online shopping 👏

It still has bugs, I think. It’s very frustrating cos most words are written as weird numbers and symbols on the chat screen.

Jiji is the best app ever I have seen ,it has been so good to me in selling out my goods and buying other stuffs..is so easy to find any things of your choice on Jiji so I recommend to everyone
